Place it in the center of the mandala. Arrange offerings and tormas. Visualize yourself and the dakini in front as having the color of pure gold, radiating intense light, surrounded by dakinis of the four castes, and bless them. Invite the wisdom beings to merge and bestow empowerment. Enhance with the precious source of origin. Perform offerings and praises. Visualize at the heart of yourself and the deity in front, on a sun disc, the syllable (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrih, hrīḥ, seed syllable) surrounded by a garland of mantras, its rays showering down all the wealth, prosperity, enjoyment, power, ability, and fame of samsara and nirvana like a rain of yellow light and various jewels, merging into yourself and the support in front, thereby becoming the great power that rules over existence and peace. Visualize yourself and the red dakini in front with four arms and retinue, and meditate on the deity. When reciting the mantra, visualize at your heart, in the center of a sun and moon box without seams, the unchanging bindu of wind and mind, radiating white and red five-colored light, marked with a red (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrih, hrīḥ, seed syllable) syllable surrounded by mantra, and by reciting, radiate light. Arouse the samaya of the deity generated in front. From the hearts of yourself and the retinue in front, emanate red light and a host of messengers. Pervade all three realms. Summon back the life force stolen by your own life, the eight classes of spirits, and the elements, as the essence of longevity in the form of nectar from samsara and nirvana. As oneself abides in the meditation and recitation of the Red Lotus Dakini, visualize the Blue Dakini with four arms, surrounded by the Dakinis of the four families, in front of you, and the nine great Nagas in the front and in all directions, in the manner of receiving orders. Rays of light emanate from the seed syllable and the garland of mantras at the heart, striking the four families of Dakinis and the great Nagas, stimulating their vows, and from their respective root gates and pores also emanate rays of light, the nature of nectar, pervading all of space, transforming into rain-bearing clouds. The sound of thunder is proclaimed, the light of lightning flashes, and a great stream of rain falls in all directions, causing all crops, plants, essence, grains, and medicines to flourish greatly.
