There are frogs, snakes, fish, tadpoles, various water birds, water buffalo, water yak, water sheep, water people, crocodiles, fish-eating creatures, conches, and so on. Various aquatic creatures are swimming and floating. Above, southern clouds are dense and thunder roars. Mist swirls and five-colored rainbows encircle. In the center of the palace is a white lotus and moon cushion. The essence of the vase substance is the white letter Phu (藏文：ཕུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phuḥ，汉语字面意思：Phu). Light radiates, gathering all the nagas of the world, dissolving into Phu (藏文：ཕུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phuḥ，汉语字面意思：Phu) and melting into light. The naga demon's body color is clear white like a conch shell, with one face and nine snake heads raised. The crown of the head is adorned with a wish-fulfilling jewel. The two hands are in the gesture of reverence, holding a jewel in between. The upper body is smiling and beautiful, adorned with silk and jewels, resembling the body of a god, blazing with glory. The lower body is a naga body, with the snake tail coiled to the right. On top of the eight petals, the eight Phus (藏文：ཕུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phuḥ，汉语字面意思：Phu) are completely transformed. In the east is Endless, in the southeast is Holding Ground, in the south is Wealth Increasing, in the southwest is Conch Protector, in the west is Lotus, in the northwest is Water God, in the north is Lineage Holder, in the northeast is Powerfully Moving. All their ornaments and attire are in accordance with the main deity. The seven snake heads are crowned with jewel crests. Each has a consort, sons, and ministers. Behind them, in the east is the royal caste, in the south is the lord caste, in the west is the Brahmin caste, in the north is the commoner caste, and in the four intermediate directions are the outcasts, naga demons, and naga tyrants. The ocean goddesses are with their retinues and armies. Behind them, the nagas, fierce spirits, and earth lords of the three thousand worlds and this land are all surrounding. In the heart of each is the light of the letter Phu (藏文：ཕུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phuḥ，汉语字面意思：Phu). The light from my heart is in the shape of an iron hook, radiating out and inviting all the naga races. Hum. The top and bottom of Mount Meru and all the small mountains, and the surface and bottom of the ocean and all the small lakes.

And. From the edges and center of all the three thousand worlds, I invite the Nagas, Nyen, earth lords, and their retinues for the benefit of beings. Do not come with minds intoxicated by desire, do not come with minds of anger and wrath, do not come with minds of ignorance and delusion, but come with minds of love and compassion. Come forth with joy and equanimity. Lord of the Nagas, Great Naga, come forth! By the power of truth and the strength of the four immeasurables of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all Nagas, Nyen, and earth lords, come forth! Come forth with the excellent intention of the Mahayana. Remember the Buddhas, their teachings, and the qualities of the Bodhisattvas. All lords of the Nagas, come forth! Water from great rivers and those who hold cloud water, servants of the great hand-goers, come forth! Fierce and wrathful, swift and powerful, emitting great poison tongues, loving existence, all Naga kings, come forth! Abiding in water, riding on clouds, all manifest goers, come forth!
