Libation of milk and yogurt, water with eight qualities. Conch shells, bells, red and white, flourishing Naga trees and flowers. White incense, Nagi smoke, crystal light. White and red sandalwood, fragrant water with Chinese tea. Food with three whites, three sweets, and a hundred flavors. The pleasant sound of bells, ting-ting, shag. Offerings to the nine Naga kings and their retinues. Various aquatic forms, raised in relief. Praises, life mantras of the Nagas, accompanied by music. White incense, Nagi fragrance, and Naga medicine food. Silk brocade, wool, auspicious substances, eight symbols. Fried flour, food essence, various grains and medicines. Sprinkle the three white tormas with Naga medicine. Sprinkle with white cow milk, sheep milk, and yak milk. Offerings to the Nagas and earth lords, together with their retinues. The eight great gods such as Brahma and Indra, the eight planets such as Rahu and the four-faced mothers, the twenty-eight constellations, the ten great directional guardians, the four great kings, the thirty lords of the retinue, the eighteen arrogant ones, the twenty-one virtuous protectors, the twelve steadfast mothers, the thirteen guardian deities, the mantra lord, consort, and retinue, the black city, the mad mouth, the great Naga siblings, the great minister of Bar, Malgro Zichen, the Naga demon with the poisonous razor and retinue, especially the six great rivers of Do Kham, the six great virtuous protectors, the Naga kings residing there, the five queen sisters of the lake goddess, etc., the great lakes, small lakes, great waters, small waters, the springs residing in Luma Tengka, the four Naga clans, kings, ministers, consorts, retinues, and subjects. In the treatise of Chakme Rinpoche, although the names of the Ngom lineage Nagas and local deities are mainly mentioned, this general summary is also related and newly established. Note: The four great sacred mountains such as Pomra, the twenty-one virtuous protectors with Vajra names, etc., the local deities and earth lords of the six ranges and eighteen great valleys of Do Kham, come here and accept the torma adorned with white three. Especially to the earth lords residing in this place, I offer this torma of samaya substance nectar. Om Sarva Loka Pala Bhumi Pati Sa Pariwara Idam Balinta Kha Kha Khahi Kha Kahi Hum. The great Naga demon and the eight great Nagas, with conch-colored smiles and jeweled topknots, with serpent crests, adorned with cloud clusters on their heads, their lower bodies submerged in the sea, their serpent tails coiled to the left, roaring like dragons, emitting lightning, and raining in due season, praise to the Naga king and retinue. Praise to the Naga king, consort, sons, retinue, and army, the seventy glorious protectors, steadfast mothers, virtuous protectors, etc., the worldly arrogant ones, local deities, earth lords, etc., the protectors of the world and retinue. Remember the vows you made in the past before Shakyamuni, the Lord of Secrets, Hayagriva, Padmasambhava, etc., and quickly send down great rain for the benefit of beings. Remember the teacher and the teachings, remember your own lineage and tradition, quickly.
