明晰何为誓言忿怒尊，顶髻明晰以五种鹏鸟族类庄严。自身心间化现的黑人，手持铁网，无量散发。地底地上，龙族受扰而骚动。四面八方，天空所及之处，所有云朵，聚集后在自身前方堆积于空中。孩童头净，以衣物或粗布，遮盖自身头顶，或者向十方挥舞。手持铜盆或者铜器扬水，阿札嘎热 彭嘎热，（藏文：ཨ་ཏྲ་ག་རེ་ཕེཾ་ག་རེ，梵文天城体：अत्र गरे फेंग गरे，梵文罗马拟音：atra gare phem gare，汉语字面意思：此处 热 彭 热）乌札嘎热 赞扎里，（藏文：ཨུ་ཏྲ་ག་རེ་ཙནྡྷ་ལི，梵文天城体：उत्र गरे चन्ध लि，梵文罗马拟音：utra gare candha li，汉语字面意思：向上 热 赞扎里）格列乎巴拉，（藏文：ཀླེ་ཧུ་བྷ་ལ，梵文天城体：क्ले हु भा ल，梵文罗马拟音：kle hu bha la，汉语字面意思：格列 呼 巴 拉）德乎悉地，（藏文：དྷེ་ཧུ་སིདྡྷི，梵文天城体：धे हु सिध्दि，梵文罗马拟音：dhe hu siddhi，汉语字面意思：德 呼 悉地）阿札悉地，（藏文：ཨ་ཏྲ་སིདྡྷི，梵文天城体：अत्र सिध्दि，梵文罗马拟音：atra siddhi，汉语字面意思：此处 悉地）玛哈悉地 吽 吽。（藏文：མ་ཧཱ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：महा सिध्दि हूँ हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：maha siddhi hum hum，汉语字面意思：大 悉地 吽 吽）无云时念诵千遍等，云大时则根据情况配合。之后将水向十方抛洒，用孩童的衣物向十方挥舞，所有龙族于某某处聚集云朵，发出雷鸣，降下雨水。四大天王及其眷属，将所有风和风神、风主压于须弥山下。所有阻碍降雨者，全部降伏。十方护法及其眷属，令虚空界充满浓厚的云雾。八大龙王及其眷属，于赡部洲和某某处，降下连绵不断的雨水。迅速降下，猛烈降下，增殖丰收的谷物精华。令所有地区和国家吉祥繁荣。如是发出大声呼喊。以上是单纯的息灾祈请，单独念诵四次或六次。据说这样也能在三天之内降雨。༈ 然而为了息增兼具更为迅速，早上那样进行息灾之后，下午进行息增兼具的猛厉法。吽！自身本体为自己的本尊，形象为金刚手，身色蓝色，身体巨大，肢体粗壮，充满天空，张口龇牙，具备八种尸林装束，以五种蛇族严饰身体，顶髻为绿色马头，发出马的嘶鸣，马头之上装饰着青黑色鹏鸟，其上为无量光佛，周围环绕着传承上师和持明者。

Clearly identifying the oath-bound wrathful deity, the crown is adorned with five types of garuda families. From one's own heart emanates a black person, holding an iron net, emitting immeasurable rays. Below and above the earth, the nagas are disturbed and agitated. In all directions, as far as the sky extends, all the clouds are gathered and piled up in the sky in front of oneself. A clean-headed child, with clothing or coarse cloth, covers one's own head or waves it in the ten directions. Holding a copper basin or copper vessel, sprinkle water, "Atra gare phem gare, Utra gare candha li, Kle hu bha la, Dhe hu siddhi, Atra siddhi, Maha siddhi hum hum." When there are no clouds, recite thousands of times, etc. When the clouds are large, combine it appropriately according to the situation. Then, scatter the water in the ten directions, and wave the child's clothing in the ten directions. May all the nagas gather clouds, thunder, and rain in this particular place. May the four great kings and their retinues suppress all the winds, wind gods, and wind lords under Mount Meru. May all those who obstruct and hinder the rainfall be subdued. May the ten directional guardians and their retinues fill the space with thick masses of clouds and fog. May the eight great nagas and their retinues pour down continuous rain in Jambudvipa and this particular place. May it rain quickly, may it rain fiercely, may it increase the abundance of harvest and grain essence. May all regions and countries be auspicious, prosperous, and flourishing. Thus, one should utter with great cries. The above is a simple pacifying invocation, recite it alone four or six times. It is said that this can also cause rain to fall within three days. ༈ However, for the sake of swiftness in both pacifying and increasing, after performing the pacifying practice in the morning, in the afternoon, perform the fierce practice that combines pacifying and increasing. Hum! One's own essence is one's own yidam deity, in the form of Vajrapani, with a blue body color, a large body, coarse limbs, filling the sky, with an open mouth and bared fangs, complete with eight charnel ground ornaments, adorned with five types of snakes on the body, the crown is a green horse head, neighing like a horse, above the horse head is adorned with a blue-black garuda, above that is Amitabha Buddha, surrounded by a lineage of lamas and vidyadharas.
