Kṣa kā la che! Lord of fierce command, blessings, power and strength! If you can protect the samaya like your life, then the empowerment is given, not otherwise! Thus, the nectar of the samaya is given as an instruction. The disciple also makes a promise and takes an oath. The lineage is purified, the samaya Yaksha is clear. Wisdom being descends and is stabilized. Then the vase is placed on the crown of the head. Om! In the palace of the auspicious vase, With the nectar water of the secret lord's light melting, Empowering the fortunate son, May the empowerment of the antidote strength be obtained! At the end of the mantra: kala shaḥ amrita abhiṣiñca mi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) The body is filled with nectar, impurities are purified, The family lord Akshobhya seals with a mudra. The image of the practice is instilled on the forehead. Om! Yaksha Kala Jambhala, By empowering the vajra body, May you become a vessel for meditating on the assembly of deities. May the splendor of wisdom blaze! At the end of the recitation mantra: kāya abhiṣiñca om (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) The transmission of recitation and practice is given. The life wheel scripture is placed on the throat. Ah! The mantra of the wish-fulfilling jewel, By empowering the vajra speech, May you become a vessel for reciting and practicing. May the siddhis and abilities be perfected! vāka abhiṣiñca ā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) The bandha substance is placed in the heart. Hūṃ! Self-arisen, luminous kapala, By empowering the vajra mind, May you become a vessel for meditative contemplation. May the deity and the dharmata be inseparable! citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) The precious torma is placed on the navel. Svāhā! Torma, the wish-fulfilling treasury of space, By empowering the ornaments of qualities, May you become a vessel for accomplishing wealth. May a great rain of desired things fall! guṇa abhiṣiñca svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) Then, having urged the heart commitment, The great and glorious substances are placed in the hand. Hā! The essence of samsara and nirvana, By empowering the substances of activity, May life, merit, wealth, fame, and strength, abilities, and collections of goodness increase! karma abhiṣiñca hā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) For the ultimate accomplishment of life, The flourishing branch is clearly visualized as a deity and placed on the crown of the head. Bhrūṃ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) Mastering life in samsara and nirvana, The protector, immortal Jambhala, By empowering the son of the lineage, May the immutable vajra life be accomplished! The mantra is recited and food and drink are also given. With auspicious and virtuous implements, Auspicious verses are recited. The samaya is proclaimed and taken up. Offerings are made and celebrations are held. Thus, the wealth lord, Jamྷ་ལའི༔ Blessings and wisdom ripen in the lineage, Endowed with the power to accomplish siddhis, May all purposes for oneself and others be fulfilled. This is the sixth chapter, the empowerment of blessings for the worthy vessel. Samaya. Gya gya gya! Thus, having received the empowerment, The yogi who strives in recitation and accomplishment, Should hold the samaya of the life-sustaining siddhi, As more precious than heart and eyes. Relying on the worship of the wealth deity, Whatever abundance of wealth may arise, Without clinging to it even slightly, In a state like a dream or illusion, Establish the Three Jewels with the best offerings, Establish a continuous stream of offerings such as lamps, Respectfully attend to the Sangha of the ten directions, Satisfy parents, the sick, those who practice austerities, And the elderly. For oneself and close relatives in between, With the mind of offering to the assembly of deities of the aggregates and elements, Provide food, clothing, ornaments, and wealth. To the remaining poor and destitute, Without anger or resentment in the heart, With loving-kindness, Extend continuous generosity. Redeem lives and build bridges, Reconcile disputes and conflicts with wealth, Perform virtuous deeds for the benefit of the region. This is the outer samaya. Attending to and accomplishing the wealth deity, Especially, do not interrupt the water offering, Offer especially on the eighth day and so on, Practice with utmost secrecy, Strictly enforce the seal of secrecy on others, Especially guard the examples and practices. Whatever poverty may befall oneself or others, Except for the worship of the wealth deity, Abandon activities of pursuing a wrong livelihood. In short, hold the Yaksha wealth deity, And the Yidam as inseparable, like the heart. Especially to the Dharma brothers and sisters, Who are connected by a single samaya, Give as much love and respect as possible. This is the inner samaya. Especially this profound instruction, The Lama from whom it was received, Visualize as inseparable from Akshobhya Vajrasattva, And the Lord of Secrets, the wealth deity, Without ceasing continuous devotion and longing. Whatever wealth may arise, the best offerings, And sons, daughters, wealth, Nutritious food and delicacies, Always offer what is precious and pleasing, Do not break even a word of the Guru's speech, With a smile and respect, sincerely inform, Accomplish actions that please the Guru's mind, One's own mind, the deity, and the Lama, And the wealth's Utensils and so on, In a state free from the three spheres of true clinging, Grasp the life of the meaning's intention. These are the secret samayas. Thus, if the samayas are well-protected, The Yaksha wealth deity will be accomplished without effort, Longevity
