布！豆类！荞麦等倒入，以自己金刚手（藏文：ཕྱག་རྡོར།）的稳固我慢，迎请护法，供养食子，外眷属白色明点再三勾招，融入彼物，以希望缠裹，藏于道路的交叉口，或垃圾堆的边缘，在地上画十字并压住，上面用金字书写金刚手和不动明王的陀罗尼，以及摧毁魔障的咒语，以及多次念诵这些咒语的白芥子，放入黑芥子中的忿怒尊形象的黑擦擦，三个或五个或七个等安放的佛塔，不要回头看，禁闭七日等，严守戒律，进行念诵修持。莲花生大士（藏文：པདྨ་གླིང་པ།）从洛扎门多（藏文：ལྷོ་བྲག་སྨན་མདོ།）狮面处迎请而来。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（梵文：sarva maṅgalaṃ，一切吉祥！）。出自喇嘛诺布嘉措（藏文：བླ་མ་ནོར་བུ་རྒྱ་མཚོ།）之作，关于大国王毗沙门天（藏文：རྣམ་སྲས།）的秘密修法根本部分，成就一切所愿。向秘密主金刚手，以虔诚和恭敬顶礼！我莲花生，为了安住于大地的国王，无闻者益西措嘉（藏文：ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོ་རྒྱལ།）和天女莲花光明（藏文：པདྨ་གསལ།）赐予毗沙门天的秘密修法，书写成文后埋藏为伏藏，愿与心子相遇！萨玛雅（梵文：samaya，誓言）！嘉嘉嘉（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，封印，封印，封印）！此如心般的修法，有缘弟子修持之时，在寂静且令人愉悦的殊胜处所，草木果实繁盛之时，上弦月吉日良辰，备办众多资具， 众多吉祥物中，四方曼扎一箭之地，做好清洁，用血和朱砂涂抹，绘制与处所相宜的坛城，八瓣莲花中央书写“ནྲྀ”（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，人），绿色眼珠中点缀白色芥子，边缘绘制完整的门和台阶，短剑心咒用朱砂和朱砂涂抹，其中放置命轮，用红绸包裹于短剑心咒中，外用五色绸缎包裹，置于坛城中央，置于法座或矮榻之上，用贝壳或铜盆盛满谷物，其上安放上述所依之物，四角形的谷物食子，用酥油和朱砂涂成红色，周围环绕珍宝火焰，毗沙门天身像安置于北方，常供食子三角形状，用红羊血涂抹，放置于坛城东北角，谷物是各种

Boo! Beans! Buckwheat, etc. are poured in, and with the firm pride of one's own Vajrapani, invite the Dharma protectors, offer the torma, and repeatedly summon the white bindu of the outer retinue. Absorb it into that substance. Wrap it with hope and hide it at the crossroads of the road, or at the edge of the garbage heap. Draw a cross on the ground and press it down. On top, write in gold the dharani of Vajrapani and Acala, and the mantra that destroys obstacles, as well as white mustard seeds that have been recited many times with these mantras. Place three, five, or seven black tsatsas in the image of wrathful deities, which have been placed inside black mustard seeds, to make a stupa. Do not look back. Confine yourself for seven days, strictly observe the precepts, and engage in recitation and practice. It was invited by Gyalse Pema Lingpa from the Lion-faced Menmo in Lhodrak Mendo. Sarva Mangalam! From Lama Norbu Gyatso's work, the secret practice of the great king Vaishravana, the root section, which accomplishes all wishes, is present. To the secret lord Vajrapani, I prostrate with faith and reverence! I, Padmasambhava, for the sake of the king who dwells on the earth, grant the supreme secret practice of Vaishravana to the ignorant Yeshe Tsogyal and the goddess Padma Sal. Having written it down, I conceal it as a treasure. May I meet with the heart son! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! When this heart-like practice is undertaken by a fortunate disciple, in a secluded and delightful supreme place, at the time when plants and fruits flourish, on an auspicious day of the waxing moon, prepare many resources. Among many auspicious substances, a square mandala of one arrow's length, having been well cleaned, smear with blood and vermillion. Draw a mandala suitable for the place. In the center of the eight-petaled lotus, write "नृ"(藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，人). In the green eyes, place white mustard seeds. Draw complete doors and steps on the edge. Smear the dagger heart mantra with cinnabar and vermillion. Inside that, place the life wheel, wrap it in red silk within the dagger heart mantra. Wrap the outside with five-colored silk, and place it in the center of that mandala. Place it on a seat or a low platform. Fill a conch shell or copper basin with grains, and place the above-mentioned support substance on top of it. The four-cornered grain torma, smear red with butter and cinnabar. Surround it with a blazing jewel. Place the Vaishravana image to the north. The triangular-shaped regular torma, having smeared it with red ram's blood, place it in the northeast corner of the mandala. The grains are various.
