To the great king Vaishravana and his retinue, I offer the secret offerings: Sixteen-year-old beautiful goddesses, performing various mudras in dance, offering delightful and harmonious secret offerings, I offer to Vaishravana and his retinue. Bodhicitta Puja Ho. Red spear, victory banner, sword heart, and immeasurable tsok enjoyments, beautiful Naga maiden wealth protector, surrounded by daughters of gods and nagas, I offer to Vaishravana and his retinue. Grant me wealth and siddhis, I am a vidyadhara practitioner, you are the lord of the treasury of siddhis, please partake of the outer, inner, and secret offerings, I pray to fulfill my desires. May the king, ministers, subjects, and their lands, all be subdued by me, may wealth and enjoyments increase, I pray to fulfill my wishes. Thus, offer the outer, inner, and secret offerings, then perform the empowerment and praise: HUM! In the northern direction of Mount Meru, in the palace of Janglochan, the great king Vaishravana, abiding as an eighth-bhumi bodhisattva, for the sake of accomplishing the activity of power, his body is like the color of a red lotus jewel, his posture is standing, he wears a silk-trimmed helmet on his head, above his silk cloak is wooden armor, the five-colored silk streamers, tied with a majestic red belt, his right hand holds a red spear victory banner, subduing the three realms, his left hand holds a mongoose and an iron hook, subduing the consciousness of beings. When protecting the northern direction of the four continents, he possesses the color of indranila, when subduing nagas and yakshas, he possesses the body color of precious gold, when acting as the leader of dakinis, naga maidens, goddesses, and demonesses, he possesses the color of blue lapis lazuli, subduing the consciousness of beings, when raining down enjoyments like rain, his body color is red, blazing with light, his great power and blessings are inconceivable, I praise the perfection of all qualities. The greatest obstacles in this world, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras and kumbhandas, he is the leader of all beings, unparalleled in this world.
