Controlling the existence of the three times, the red spear is a symbol of bravery, in the manner of piercing the consciousness of beings, the burning banner stirs the minds, raise the banner of the teachings in the ten directions, may the indestructible banner bring auspiciousness, by bestowing the empowerment of the skillful hand symbol, may the three realms be brought under control! The treasure of the mongoose that brings forth all that is desired, enjoy the precious wealth of the three thousand worlds, the iron hook attracts the consciousness of beings, gather the king, ministers, subjects, and retinue, by bestowing the empowerment of the wisdom hand symbol, may you control the three realms of existence, and may you obtain the power of a universal monarch! Thus, bestow the empowerment with the hand symbols. Then, give the heart mantra and the vase torma, the supreme secret samaya substance, drawing out the consciousness of all from the heart, causing all to be intoxicated and gathered, the life stone is the life support of Namse, accompanying like body and shadow, may you obtain the unchanging, spontaneously accomplished power! Then, place the torma in the hand, place the practice text on the heart, Hūṃ! From today onwards, you and Namse are inseparable, perform the activities according to your command, do not prolong the practice of approach, invoke offerings, praises, fulfillment, and restoration to you, like a servant, obedient messenger, you will accomplish your activities, place the torma nectar on the disciple's tongue, offer the disciple's saliva to the torma, contemplate the two as inseparable samaya merging, this is an extremely profound key point, do not entrust it to a disciple who is not like your heart, especially it is very important to protect the samaya, then say this: Hūṃ! Great King of the Eighth Bhumi and the fortunate one
