Just as sparks collide and flame begets flame, visualize gathering all the splendor and brilliance of the world and dissolving it into the Raja. The Raja dissolves into light and merges into the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable) at my heart center. This is the method of seizing life and gaining control. This is the oral instruction on how the Raja does not cling to other things. Homage to Vajrapāṇi! Homage to the great one with feet, or homage to the great virtuous friend! If you dream of a foal or planted crops being destroyed, it is a sign of the king's (རྒྱལ་པོ།) decline, so suppress it with the power of Vajrapāṇi. Practice the recitation of your own yidam. In front, like creating happiness, generate the Raja with its palace. Dissolve the wisdom being and bestow empowerment, generating Vajrapāṇi on the crown of the head. Visualize a golden eight-spoked wheel with two rims in the heart of the king (རྒྱལ་པོ།). Visualize the center surrounded by mantras.
