Oṃ Vaiśrāmaṇāya Svāhā. Recite this seven or twenty-one times, etc. The root life mantra is: Oṃ Mahārāja Yakṣa Samaya, Vaiśrāmaṇāya Citta Ratna Sarva Hrīṃ Hrīṃ Jaḥ Jaḥ. Reciting this one hundred thousand times, or without interruption for twenty-one days, is best for actual appearance. Medium results in hearing sounds, seeing light, smelling good fragrance, and receiving grains and jewels in meditation. Superior results in nobles and ministers offering gifts and a rain of grain falling. The worst is appearing in a dream. Whatever appears, to control the appearance, recite the mantra more than one hundred thousand times for twenty-one days as before. Oṃ Vaiśrāmaṇāya, Nṛ Sarva Gul Gul, Yeṃ Yeṃ, Duṃ Duṃ, Dus Dus, Ja Jaḥ. etc. At the end of the session, offer and praise, and pray for the desired purpose. Make extensive dedication and aspiration prayers. The second part is the Torma offering of Vajrapani and the King. First: Prepare the Torma as usual, and purify it with Svabhava to emptiness. From emptiness, from Bhrūṃ, visualize a wide and vast jewel vessel filled with abundant delicious food. Bless it into nectar with the three syllables. In the sky in front, visualize Vajrapani and his retinue appearing instantly, or gradually arise, and visualize them enjoying with a vajra tongue tube. With the mudra of invitation, offer: Oṃ Vajrapāṇi Saparivāra Baliṃta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi, five or seven times. Then: In the immeasurable realms of the world, and whatever offerings there are, I offer this, arranged with reverence, to Vajrapani. Please accept and control the great king. Oṃ Vajrapāṇi Arghaṃ Pratīccha Ye Svāhā. Offer the offering. In the place of offering, offer foot washing water, flowers, incense, light, perfume, food. In the place of Arghaṃ, offer Pādyaṃ, Puṣpe, Dhūpe, Āloke, Gandhe, Naividya. Other than that, there are other offerings, pleasant music and melodious sounds, which eliminate the suffering of sentient beings, may these clouds abide in their respective places. Recite Śabda and offer music. The Lord Vajrapani, in the palace of the willow tree, subdues the wicked ones, I prostrate and praise the one dressed in blue. Praise.
