The remaining air exits from the right nostril. On the southern seashore, visualize the goddess Saraswati residing in a garden of joyful vidyadharas, entering through the left nostril. From the heart, invite the wheel of Saraswati, whose essence is wisdom and whose form is Saraswati, blazing with light, and let it exit from the right nostril. Like the rising autumn moon, it arrives in an instant, and visualize it dwelling in the sky in front, offering with clouds of offerings pervading the sky. Om, prīti devi diva puṣpe hūṃ. Add similarly: Dhūpe. Gandhe. Naivedya. Āloke. Bilepani. Offer with these. Om, prīti devi me hrīḥ ṣṭi tiṣṭha hrīṃḥ. Om, delight, goddess, me, hrih, shti, abide, hrim.) Silently recite and inhale the breath. The wheel transforms into light, enters from the left nostril, and dissolves into the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城體:ओम्,梵文羅馬擬音:om,漢語字面意思:Om) in the heart. From the complete transformation of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城體:ओम्,梵文羅馬擬音:om,漢語字面意思:Om), the wheel of Saraswati arises, an eight-petaled lotus, white and radiant, with Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཾཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:Hrih) on the moon in the center. On the eight petals, from the front clockwise, place two letters of sound each, and the light blazing like a garland of lamps pervades the entire body. It dispels the darkness of ignorance. The light of wisdom, unobstructed in all that is to be known, expands. Recite this and meditate for a long time. The recitation is as follows: From the Hrih Hrih) in the center of the wheel, Hrih Hrih) emanates and exits from the mouth. Its rays gather all the qualities of samsara and nirvana and merge into Hrih Hrih). Entering from the navel, it dissolves into the Hrih Hrih) in the center of the wheel, and visualize oneself being filled with whatever desired object, and focus on the mantra garland spinning like a torch, and single-mindedly recite Hrih Hrih). At the end of the session, the mantra garland dissolves into the Hrih Hrih) in the heart, and visualize the light of Hrih Hrih) gathering whatever desired wisdom three times, filling the body. During the breaks between sessions, offer the torma as described below. Pray for the bestowal of supreme wisdom that transcends all directions. Make such prayers. Complete the subsequent activities such as the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and then enter the breaks between sessions. During the breaks between sessions, without fail, practice the approach of the yidam Wrathful Manjushri and Acala, and also give water offerings to Jambhala. Thus, with great diligence in four sessions, without interruption by idle talk, it is said that one should recite one million and twenty-five thousand times, which now needs to be increased fourfold.
