Therefore, just like the genuine terma teachings, with a few additions, I will explain as follows: Om Svabhava Shuddhah Sarva Dharmah Svabhava Shuddho Ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ स्वभावशुद्धाः सर्वधर्माः स्वभावशुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāvaśuddhāḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāvaśuddho'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure I.) From the state of emptiness, in the lower part, a black triangular iron city burns with the fire of the eon's end. Inside that, reciting "E Ram," on top of the corpses of hundreds of thousands of beings, from the emanation and retraction of the letters Ya and Duh, appears a black buffalo below, its body extremely large, covering the ocean. On top of its raised horns, Yama, the Lord of Death, is black, fierce, and frowning. His fangs protrude like snow mountains. His three eyes glare with hatred. His hair is tied on top of his head. His two hands, the color of dark rain clouds, hold a black lasso and a counting stick in his right hand, and a single-edged sword in his left. His lower body is wrapped in a tiger skin. His body is adorned with terrifying ornaments such as cemetery decorations. The nails of his limbs are bent like iron hooks. Riding on the buffalo, he appears extremely angry. His form is wrathful, with all pores standing on end. Around him are the four maras of beings' karma: In front is a black Yama in a wrathful form, without hands, with his mouth open and fangs bared. His four limbs are spread out, his shape and manner similar to the Lord of Death himself. On the right side is the mara of jealousy and confusion, a black sinful demon with horns and an open mouth. His eyes and limbs are spread out, and his tail is bent like an iron hook. Behind is the mara of dense ignorance, an iron butterfly with wings spread. On the left is the mara of attachment and desire, a red-black female bear with a terrifying form, surrounded by various terrifying forms. Furthermore, countless messengers and emanations of Yama appear clearly. Thus, for the samaya being, invoking the Lord of Death is as stated in the scriptures: Visualizing oneself as the executioner of Yama, from the seed syllable in the heart, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, and the Lord of Death and his retinue instantly arrive here from beneath the foundation of Mount Meru, from the dark chamber in the depths of the ocean. The scriptures say: Recite this mantra on a black mustard seed and strike the ground. Therefore, bless the beans by reciting "Om Vajra Tiksha Khadga Hum" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཏཱིཀྵ་ཁཏྒ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal Chinese meaning:) about a hundred times, and then the master recites the same mantra and strikes below the image of Yama, the ground...

Then the ocean below became a black flame. Then, with the iron hook mudra, recite: Om Krishna Jamari Hum Dza. Dza Hum Bam Ho. Samaya Dza Dza. Recite about seven times, and Yama and his retinue appear manifestly, becoming inseparable from the deity. Light incense and butter lamps, and with mudras, recite: Om Ahara Sarva Vidyadhara Pujite Ah Hum. Vajra Dhupe Hum. Vajra Pushpe Tram. Vajra Aloke Hrih. Vajra Gandhe Gana. Krishna Jamari Maha Balimta Khahi. Finally, play drums and music. Then, the master rings the vajra bell, and the others play drums and music, praising: Hrih! Great powerful one born from Ya! Possessor of magical powers born from Du! Great ruler of the three realms of existence! Lord of all untamed arrogant ones! Destroying everything with the wheel of arising! Devouring the flesh, blood, and breath of beings! Black Yama, the taker of life! Whose body color is smoky black, enveloped in darkness. Three eyes blazing, with wrathful frowns flashing like lightning. Iron hair adorned with human skulls. With tongue curled and teeth gnashing. Except for the Buddhas of the three times, from the world of Brahma downwards, to the tiny worms in the reeds, great powerful one who devours the life breath! Black Yama, lord of life, you! With the nine-eyed karma wood in your right hand, you record the life breath of beings on the karma wood. The dark lasso shoots out like an arrow, swiftly binding the six realms like the wind. With a single-edged black knife in your left hand, you sever the life force of beings like cutting a thread. With the iron hook weapons on your fingernails, you chop up the corpses of the six realms. Running in the ten directions with a terrifying gait! Great powerful one of the world realms! Devouring the splendor and power of all! Offering oblations to the fierce one! The scriptures say: At this time, the torma should be blessed with six mantras and six mudras and offered. Since the blessing of the six mantras and six mudras has already been accomplished in common during the ransom ritual above, it is not necessary here. According to the practice, offer the torma in front of Yama's face, that is, on the back of a buffalo, and then sprinkle medicinal alcohol. Again, recite: Om Ah Hum. Three times, offering the same offerings that have become the five desirable qualities to the Lord of Death and his retinue, visualizing them enjoying it with sounds of delight. Om Duti Biza Hum Tha Krishna Jamari Maha Balimta Khahi. Idam.
