Valimta kha kha kha hi kha hi. Offer with hand seals in any of the seven, five, or three ways, and play the cymbals. Then, entrusting the activity: everyone scatters flowers towards the image of Yama, saying this: O! Lord of Death, Yama, and retinue, please listen. For me and all sentient beings of the three realms, and for the patron of today, named so-and-so, King of Death and retinue, from the beginning of countless eons in the past until now, whatever debts, grudges, deficiencies, or causes of afflictive karma there may be, please repay them all right now. Do not do anything that would become an obstacle to cutting off life and lifespan, or anything contrary. Three times. After that, the visualization is: According to the text, visualize the Lord of Death, Yama, and all his terrifying, immeasurable retinue, holding various weapons, coming to collect debts and grudges. Offer offerings and praises to the deity of the mandala of life in the north. Cast one hundred and eight tormas to the east. Send smoke offerings to the four directions of the place. Gather in front to perform the practice of atonement. In the west, the blessed master contemplates and blesses with the six-syllable mantra and six hand seals. Then, in front of Yama, the Lord of Death, pile up all the atonement substances on a black base, measuring them with bushels and ounces. All kinds of grains, foods, and drinks are measured in bushels. One bushel, two bushels, three bushels, four bushels, five bushels, six bushels, seven bushels, eight bushels, nine bushels, ten bushels, one hundred bushels, one thousand bushels, ten thousand bushels, one hundred thousand bushels, ten million bushels, one hundred million bushels, counting and measuring from ten million to countless. Butter, gold, silver, silk, etc., are measured in ounces as above. Also recite the mantra for increasing the quantity. Then perform recitation and approach to the deity of the mandala of life. Offer tormas to the yidam and dharma protectors. Perform fierce offerings and praises. Thus it is said. Its meaning is that the life ritual performers in the north are signaled to offer offerings and praises. While performing the fulfillment of the hundred offerings and casting tormas, those who send smoke offerings send smoke, making "so" and "ku" sounds. The master and disciples again increase the atonement substances many times with about seven mantra seals of the treasury of space. Recite the eye-deceiving mantra on the bushel and scale.
