彼业障过患之垢染，沾染于我此幻化之身，成为今生之障碍及来世之罪障，祈请空行母之身宽恕，令诸失戒及垢染悉皆清净。 吽！ 护法空行谛听并垂念，失戒与众杂，圆满所失，失戒立誓，失戒入法，食失戒之食，饮失戒之饮，失戒与口沫，失戒与语杂，失戒与手杂，失戒与诵杂，以失戒垢染违背空行母之心意，若于空行母之身增添污垢，于汝如虚空般之心意中，以忏悔清净，令失戒垢染得以清净，祈请赐予无碍清净之成就。 忏悔，忏悔，本尊诸尊众，惭愧，懊悔，护法空行众，忏悔无余，本尊诸尊众，清净无余，诸尊众，祈请以汝之身语意垂念，加持我等身语意三门。 萨玛雅，萨玛雅，萨玛雅，阿阿阿。亦作智慧身殊胜之忏悔，于蔓延白色坛城前，及黑色食子中央安放。三、净除垢染：彼女手持浴瓶及镜子，须于各句之间沐浴，若执着过大，则由上师沐浴亦可。无论如何，于瓶中智慧之宫殿内，中央为虚空天女，四方为四元素之天女，彼等一切之手持瓶中降下智慧甘露之流，以此为您沐浴，身语意三门之疾病、邪魔、罪障、污垢、失戒皆得清净，观想身体如水晶球般清澈，或如擦拭干净之琉璃般清净。 吽！ 虚空天女普贤，身色蓝，光芒耀，手持蓝色之瓶，此乃禅定自性之水，遣除愚痴散乱者，顶礼善作沐浴者，愿失戒垢染得清净。于间隔处念诵以上之埃霍秀提之咒语，并作沐浴之解说。 吽！ 风天女誓言度母，身色绿，光芒耀，手持绿松石之瓶。

May the stain of those faults of habitual tendencies, which has become attached to this illusory body of mine, and which has become an obstacle in this life and an obscuration in future lives, be forgiven by the body of the karmic dakinis. May all gatherings of impairments and stains be purified. Hūṃ! Dharma-protecting dakinis, listen and consider! Impairments mixed with gatherings, restoring what has been impaired, impairments sealed with vows, impairments entered into the Dharma, eating food of impairments, drinking drink of impairments, impairments and breath, impairments and speech mixed, impairments and hand mixed, impairments and reading mixed, the minds of the dakinis are displeased by the faults of impairment and defilement. If stains are piled up on the body of the dakinis, in your mind, which is like the sky, may impairments and defilements be purified by pure confession. Please grant unobstructed, pure accomplishments. I confess, I confess, assembly of yidam deities! I am ashamed, I regret, assembly of Dharma-protecting dakinis! I confess without omission, assembly of yidam deities! I purify without omission, assembly of deities! Please consider now with your body, speech, and mind, bless our body, speech, and mind. Samaya, Samaya, Samaya, Ah Ah Ah. Also make the confession of the supreme wisdom body, and place the spreading white offering in front of the mandala, and in the center of the black ransom offering. Third, cleansing defilements: That girl should hold the bath vase and mirror and bathe at each phrase break. However, if there is too much conceptualization, the lama can also bathe. In any case, inside the vase, in the palace of wisdom, in the center is the sky goddess, and in the four directions are the goddesses of the four elements. From the vase in the hands of all of them, a stream of wisdom nectar descends, and by bathing you with it, all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, impairments, and breakages of body, speech, and mind are purified. Meditate that the body is clear like a crystal ball or like polished glass. Hūṃ! Sky goddess, Samantabhadrī, body color blue, rays of light radiate, holding a blue vase in her hand. This is water of the nature of meditation, dispelling ignorance and distraction. I prostrate to the one who performs the bath well. May impairments, defilements, and impurities be purified. May it become emptiness! May it be non-abiding! May it abide in the great emptiness of the dharmadhātu! Recite the mantra and bathe.
