གཟའ་བདུད་འཁོར་བཅས་སྐྱས་ཐོབས་ཤིག །ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་གྱེར་ལ་ཡས་གླུད་བཏང་ཞིང་། ཧཱུྃ། ཕྱོགས་ཕྱོགས་དེ་ནི་ཕ་གི་ན། །སོགས་ཀྱིས་གཤེགས་ལ། གཏོར་ཡས་རྣམས་ནད་པའི་འདྲེ་ལྔ་བདུད་གཅོད་གནས་པའི་ཕྱོགས་སམ། འགྱུ་དུས་དང་བསྟུན་ལ་ཐག་རིང་བསྐྱལ། རང་ཉིད་ལྷའི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཁྲོ་བོ་ཁྲོ་མོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕྱག་རྡོར་ཁྱུང་བཅས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་བཀུག་ནས། ནད་པའི་ལུས་ལ་ཆར་བཞིན་བབ་ཅིང་ཐིམ་པས་ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་རླངས་པ་སྔོ་དམར་གྱི་ཚུལ་ དུ་ཕྱིར་ཐོན་པར་བསམ་ལ། གཏུམ་པོའི་སྔགས་མང་དུ་བཟླས་ལ་གདབ། ནད་པ་ལ་སྲུང་བ་འདོགས། སྲུང་འཁོར་བསྒོམ། ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད། མི་དམིགས་པས་རྒྱས་གདབ་པ་རྣམས་བྱའོ།། ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དུག་གི་མུན་ཞགས་ཀྱིས་བཅིངས་པ། །རྒྱལ་མཆོག་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་འོད་དཀར་རལ་གྲི་ཡིས། །ཅིག་ཅར་བཅད་ལས་ནད་གདོན་རྣམ་གྲོལ་བའི། །ཟླ་བ་སླར་ཡང་འཆར་རོ་དགའ་བར་བྱོས། །ཚུལ་འདི་ངག་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་རྩལ། །ལས་ཐོན་མན་ངག་གཟུགས་བརྙན་བཀྲ། །དགེ་འདིས་མཚན་དཔེས་བརྒྱན་པའི་སྐུ །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འདི་ཡང་བྱ་ཁྱུང་པས་སྔོན་གྱི་སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་མཛད་པའི་མན་ངག་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བཀོད་པའོ།། །། ༄༅། །གཟའི་ནད་གསོ་ཐབས་ལས། གཟུངས་ཆོག་ངོ་མཚར་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆར་རྒྱུན་བཞུགས། གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་ཡེ་ན་མ། མཁའ་ལྟར་རྣམ་དག་སྐུ་མངའ་བ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་ཁྲོས་དེར། །ལན་གཅིག་མིན་པར་ཕྱག་བཙལ་ནས། །གཟུངས་ཆོག་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆར་རྒྱུན་བྲི། །དེ་ལ་སྤྱིར་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་དྲི་མེད་གདུགས་དཀར། བཅིངས་པ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་སོགས་གཟུངས་མང་པོ་དང་། བྱེ་བྲག་རྣམ་འཇོམས་དང་རྨ་བྱ་ཆེན་མོའི་བྱབ་ཁྲུས་སོགས་བྱ་ཞིང་། ཁྱད་པར་གཟའ་ཡུམ་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་མའི་བུམ་ཆོག་བྱ་བ་ནི་གདན་གཙང་མའི་སྟེང་དུ། པདྨ་འདབ་བརྒྱད་བྲིས་པའི་ལྟེ་བར་རིན་པོ་ཆེའམ་རྫ་ཤིང་གང་འབྱོར་གྱི་བུམ་པ་ བཤམ། ནང་དུ་གཙང་ཆབ་ལ་སོགས་ཆུ་གཙང་དང་བ་དམར་མོའི་འོ་མ་བསྲེས་པས་སུམ་གཉིས་དགང་། ཙནྡན་དཀར་པོ། དེ་ཝ་དཱ་རུ། རྒྱ་ཤུག །རུ་རྟ། བཙོད། ཏིལ་དཀར་པོ། གི་ཧང་། གུར་ཀུམ། ཅུ་གང་། ག་པུར། གུ་གུལ། རྨ་བྱའི་མདོངས། ཧ་ས་དེ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱེ་མ་མང་དུ་བཏབ། དར་དམར་པོའི་མགུལ་ཆིངས་བྱ། རྨ་བྱའི་སྒྲོ་དང་ཀུ་ཤའི་ཁ་རྒྱན་གཟུག །མཐར་དམར་གཏོར་གཅིག་དང་མཆོད་པ་ཅི་འབྱོར་བཤམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་རིམ་གྲོ་པ་ཁྲུས་བྱས་སྟན་བདེ་བ་ལ་འ

星曜魔众连同驱逐，现在立即请走。念诵这些，施放赎命物，吽。各方各处那个地方，等等送走。朵玛等物送到病人五魔作祟之处，或者随着移动的时间送到远处。自己以本尊心间的光芒，将所有佛菩萨、忿怒尊、忿怒母，以及金刚手和琼鸟等形象迎请，如雨般降临并融入病人身体，观想所有疾病、邪魔、障碍都变成青红色蒸汽排出。念诵许多忿怒咒语并加持。给病人系护身符，修护轮，说吉祥语，做不观想的封印等。遍入天以毒的黑暗罗网束缚，至尊观世音慈悲的白光宝剑，瞬间斩断，使疾病邪魔解脱，愿明月再次升起，心生欢喜。此法是语自在慧妙力，所出窍诀形象鲜明。以此善愿，愿众生皆得具足妙相之身。此法也是嘉琼巴依仗以前莲花生大师等所造窍诀而著。

Drive away the planetary demons and their retinues! Please depart immediately! Recite these words and offer the ransom. Hūṃ. To that place in all directions, etc., send them away. Send the torma and other offerings to the place where the patient is afflicted by the five demons, or send them far away according to the time of movement. By the rays of light from the heart of the deity, invoke all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, and Vajrapani and Garuda, and visualize them descending like rain and dissolving into the patient's body, causing all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles to emerge as bluish-red vapor. Recite many fierce mantras and bless them. Attach a protective amulet to the patient, meditate on the protective wheel, speak auspicious words, and perform the sealing without visualization. May the moon rise again and bring joy, freeing the patient from disease and evil spirits, cut off instantly by the white light sword of compassion of the supreme Avalokiteśvara, bound by the dark net of poison of the pervading one. This method is the clear image of the secret instruction that comes from the power of speech, wisdom, and skill. By this virtue, may all beings attain a body adorned with marks and signs. This was also written by Jakhungpa based on the secret instructions made by previous teachers such as Padmasambhava.
