敬致罗睺忍辱母！此法由语自在莲花（Ngagwang Padma）著，依凭陀罗尼和上师口诀，毫无隐瞒地记录。愿此善行利益众生！ 吉祥！星算医方中，秘密口诀在此。寂静胜于愤怒之猛烈，遍入天等亦俯首。以众生清净之心之显现，顶礼息灭者金刚持。此处乃星算医方之口诀，秘密在于：观察之时，分总、别、特三种。首先，若伤及外部，则口眼歪斜；若伤及中间脉络，则身体摇晃；若伤及隐秘之处，伤及肝脏则眼不明，伤及心脏则颤抖惊恐，伤及肺部则头痛，伤及肾脏则手脚伸屈不能自如，伤及胃部则呕吐，伤及大肠则失禁。此乃刚伤及之时的观察，与病情发作之兆不同。 对于这些症状，各自有对应的珍贵药物。伤及五轮之症状：伤及虚空轮则无法医治。伤及风轮则心神不定，眼睛频繁眨动，高声唱歌，频繁打哈欠。伤及水轮则无法控制小便，哭喊。伤及土轮之症状为身体无力，昏沉。伤及火轮之症状为身体发热，口眼歪斜。对于这些，应以五行相克之缘起进行治疗。特殊观察方法：经典中虽有以木、火、土、金、水等观察之法，但仅在于大小之分。实际上，无不包含于水火二者之中，因此，其甚深之观察方法为：黑古古、黑菖蒲，麝香、了哥草四种，用水调和后涂抹于病人身上，若冒出蒸汽则为火曜，若腹中颤抖、发冷、起疹则为水曜。阿底峡！治疗时，若口不能言，则用古古、木香、孜然、菖蒲，此四种黑色药材与大豆、干姜粉混合，燃烧烟熏数日，即可开口说话。食物则以蝙蝠、杜鹃之肉和蛋为主。小便不通时，则以樟脑、豆蔻、白石金刚、带刺柏树等煮汤服用，有效。大便不通时，则用桦树等。

Here are the oral instructions for healing diseases from stellar influences, the secret lies in: When examining, there are three divisions: general, specific, and special. First, if it affects the external areas, the mouth and eyes will be crooked. If it affects the middle channels, the body will sway. If it affects the secret areas, affecting the liver will cause unclear vision, affecting the heart will cause trembling and fear, affecting the lungs will cause headaches, affecting the kidneys will cause inability to extend and contract limbs, affecting the stomach will cause vomiting, and affecting the large intestine will cause incontinence. This is the examination immediately after being affected, and it is different from the signs of the onset of the disease. For these symptoms, there are precious medicines specific to each. Symptoms of affecting the five chakras: If the space chakra is affected, there is no way to heal it. If the wind chakra is affected, the mind will be erratic, the eyes will blink frequently, one will sing loudly, and yawn frequently. If the water chakra is affected, one will be unable to control urination and will cry and shout. The symptom of affecting the earth chakra is that the body is weak and drowsy. The symptom of affecting the fire chakra is that the body is hot and the mouth and eyes are crooked. For these, one should treat them with the interdependent origination of the elements. Special examination method: Although the scriptures describe methods of examining with wood, fire, earth, metal, and water, they only differ in size. In reality, there is nothing that is not included in the two, water and fire. Therefore, the profound method of examination is: black guggul and black sweet flag, musk and Ligusticum striatum, the four mixed with water and applied to the patient's body. If steam rises, it is Rahu of fire; if there is trembling in the abdomen, cold, and rashes, it is Rahu of water. Atisha! During treatment, if one cannot speak, use guggul, asafoetida, cumin, and sweet flag. Mix these four black medicines with soybeans and dried ginger powder, burn incense for a few days, and one will be able to speak. The diet should mainly consist of bat, cuckoo meat, and eggs. If urination is blocked, boil camphor, cardamom, white stone vajra, and thorny juniper into a soup and drink it, it will be effective. If bowel movement is blocked, use birch, etc.
