Cut Cut! Release Release!) After cutting with a peg at the end of the mantra, the form of the Nagas and the ropes are entangled, then proclaim this oath: Hum! In the beginning of the past kalpa, the secret lord Vajrapani, the fierce Nagas bound by oath, and all the retinues of the earth lords and spirits, are satisfied with harmonious substances and offerings, their injuries are restored with herbal medicines and nectar, now return to your respective abodes. The palace of the ocean is so pleasant, the valleys of the mountains are so warm, the great forests are so beautiful, the rivers and springs are so delightful, therefore return peacefully to your respective abodes. If you disobey and cause harm, I am the wrathful body of Vajra, the clouds of the wisdom Garuda radiate, I will take your life and banish your name, I will utterly destroy you into dust, so depart immediately! Recite these words and fierce mantras and expel them, show the Garuda mudra, Om Vajra Garuda He Hum Se Tsale Tsale Pratsale Svaha!
