I think, joining my palms together, I prostrate! The words of truth of the venerable root and lineage, all-encompassing, glorious, holy lamas, the words of truth of the Buddha, the words of truth of the Dharma, the words of truth of the Sangha, the words of truth of the Vajra Holder Lama, the words of truth of the assembly of deities of the unequaled Shakya King, the words of truth of the completely pure secret mantras, knowledge mantras, and dharani mantras, the words of truth of the knowledge holder mantra holders, the truth that the essence of Dharma is pure from the beginning, and the cause and effect of phenomena are not deceptive, relying on the power and strength of the great truth, may all diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and unfavorable aspects that harm us, the teachers, disciples, patrons, and retinue, and especially the year obstacles, month obstacles, day obstacles, Rahu obstacles, great and small evil spirits, ancestral spirits, tomb spirits, disease spirits, calamity spirits, ruin spirits, war god spirits, and demon spirits, etc., all be turned back, turned back upon enemies and obstructors! After saying this and turning and clapping the hands three times, if desired, for the accomplishment of perfect enlightenment, all internal and external harms, all interruptions, please pacify them. Furthermore, in this very life, may all unfavorable conditions be pacified, may there be longevity, freedom from illness, perfect abundance, and may there always be happiness! Thus, prayers and aspirations are made, and auspicious words such as the pacification of eighty thousand kinds of obstacles are also recited. Imagine that light radiates from your heart, and the protective circle and mandala, along with all their surroundings, dissolve into light and merge into you. With the firm pride of being the Great Subduer, bless the offerings generated in front, according to your own tradition, either elaborately or concisely. From the nature of pure Dharma realm, the spontaneously arising piles of offerings, like clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, become immeasurable and fill the sky.
