于地之精血中，献上所缘之大红血供。祈愿我与施主及檀越，免受损害之疾病与魔障侵扰。愿具足无病安乐。具德天女喜血，携血之气味而来。于罗刹所居之洞穴中，老罗刹达夏吉利瓦，熬煮满铜器之腐血酒。天女饮用血酒而醉，恒常双目赤红。一见之下，众生皆惊恐。罗刹以血肉供养而喜悦，成为达夏吉利瓦之友。如昔日之存在一般，我亦献上腐血酒。祈愿助成事业之成办。世间母系之母众，以洁净之血供养则喜悦。献上和合之誓物，人血。祈请遮止世间之衰败。贝！玛吉拉尊蕾玛帝，汝之化身遍一切处。须弥山四大洲之四方，银金铜铁之海。彼处所居之四病主母，骑乘马骡犏牛与牦牛之，商主财女四百位。化现为银金铜铁粉末之，众多货物之商人。风胆涎混合之，众多疾病蔓延。于四病主母及其眷属，献上大红人血之供养。货物不买反拿走。白母黄母红母与，黑母千军之瘟疫遮止。疾病之口不寻，母亲您自取。瘟疫之口不寻，母神您自取。纵有亦从口中气息所生，今融入巴嘎之虚空。贝！五百末法之时，父言子不听之时，密咒诵为苯教之时，瑜伽士行城市近住之时，部族争斗内战之时，僧人不守律仪之时，咒师不守誓言之时，经院法轮崩坏之时，黑母怒心起，从海之深处起身，举至须弥山顶，于虚空界拍手。放出疾病之黑气，疾病之雾如云般凝聚。黑女充满虚空，降下血病脉病痘病。疾病亦是母您之病，瘟疫亦是母您之瘟疫，血亦是母您之血，共同魔障病
