Then, light a rhododendron fire on a slate or sandy ground, strip yourself naked, bind your body and limbs with blue and red colored threads, burn the wheel, your own hair, cut nails, and all the dirt from your body in the fire, and say in your mouth, "Phyin ci log dag gis ngag bcings pa dgrol du gsol." While saying this, cut the colored threads with a knife and move back and forth. By doing this, all bonds will be released. The liberation of speech of Phra Menma is complete. Homage to Phra Menma! To suppress the body: On the six spokes of the three-circled wheel, write "Mara ya rbad, rupa sattvambhaya nan." Around the circle, write "Sarva sletre nan, rupa te nam khang ma te nan, sattvambhaya nan, sattvambhaya nan." Bind with blue and red thread, wrap in leaves, put in a skull of severed lineage, and bury it under the market or threshold, and they will die. Homage to Phra Menma! If buried in the middle of the field, the field will not grow, or it will be eaten by insects. Or it will be taken away, or it will be taken away by enemies.
