如是做。自己观想为灰色的忿怒尊，头发黄黑色，右手持杖，左手以铁钩搅动云雾成一团。于其脐下毛发之上，观想从让（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：ram，梵文罗马拟音：ram，汉语字面意思：让）字化为日轮，日轮之上从吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字化为燃烧之火焰，如是观想。念诵三遍：嗡 贝 德 达 阿 嘎 雅 匝 乌 威 达 匝 巴 惹 纳 耶 吽 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲེ་དུ་ཏ་ཨག་གཉའ་ཡཱ་ཙ་འུར་ཝི་ཏ་རྫ་པ་ར་ན་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔）。通过呼吸的次第，从右眼中的日轮中出来，观想右手指尖有日轮和吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。日轮被咒语围绕，观想太阳越来越大，直至遍布自身防护之处。这样也向四周扩展，以此平等地设定界限。然后，在担心下冰雹的时候，观想天空中有个“塔”字，破开云层。在明亮的天空中，观想所有云彩像木板一样被风吹走。念诵“卡若 斯玛热 唐 卡热纳塔”的咒语，并做手印，从木头中生出火，观想自身防护的地方燃起火焰。这样，清晰地观想非常重要。这个外道的三摩地非常重要。ཕྲ་མེན་མས་（Phra Men Ma）保护冰雹的口诀完毕。ཨྠྀི༔ 绘制如小轮的图案，用蓝红色的线缠绕，放入拉恰的腹中，或者放入断头颅中，或者压在他行走的街道或门槛下，必定会死亡。ཕྲ་མེན་མའི་（Phra Men Ma）杀法完毕。 放入嘎乌或翁比中，压在他行走的街道上，凡是接触到的人，其力量都会减弱。ཨྠྀི༔ 顶礼ཕྲ་མེན་མ་（Phra Men Ma）。ཕྲ་མེན་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་མ་（Phra Men Phyin Ci Log Ma）以咒语加持的恶咒之力减弱，以及其他仙人的诅咒，婆罗门等其他人的明咒等束缚，以及身语意三门被压制的所有解脱之方法：首先绘制八辐轮，在轮辐上写上：丹 汤 提 迪 啥 帕 惹 吞 贝（藏文：ཏཾ་ཐཾ་ཐི་ཏི་ཤད་པ་ར་ཐུམ་རྦད༔）。在中心写上自己的名字。写上：祈请ཕྲ་མེན་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་མ་（Phra Men Phyin Ci Log Ma）解脱我对语言的束缚。然后，在石楠树或杜鹃花的灌木丛中点燃旱獭木的火，自己赤身裸体，剪掉所有的头发和指甲，将身体的所有污垢在火中焚烧。

Do it like this: Visualize yourself as a wrathful deity, ash-colored, with yellow-black hair, holding a staff in your right hand and a hook in your left, stirring the clouds into a single mass. Above the hair below the navel, visualize from the letter Ram (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：ram，梵文罗马拟音：ram，汉语字面意思：Ram) a sun disc, and on top of the sun disc, from the letter Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) visualize something like a burning fire. Recite three times: Om Pre Du Ta Ag Gnya Ya Tsa Ur Wi Ta Dza Para Naye Hum Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲེ་དུ་ཏ་ཨག་གཉའ་ཡཱ་ཙ་འུར་ཝི་ཏ་རྫ་པ་ར་ན་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔). Through the sequence of breathing, emerge from the sun disc in the right eye, and visualize that the tip of the right finger has a sun disc with the letter Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). The sun disc is surrounded by mantras, and visualize that the sun is getting bigger and bigger, spreading even to the place of self-protection. It also expands around the perimeter, thus setting the boundary equally. Then, when there is a fear of hail, visualize the letter "Ta" in the sky and break the cloud cover. In the clear sky, visualize all the clouds being carried away by the wind like wooden planks. Recite the mantra "Karo Smare Tang Kari Natha" and make hand gestures, causing fire to emerge from the wood, and visualize the area of self-protection burning with fire. In this way, it is important to have a clear mindstream. This heretical Samadhi is very important. The instructions for protecting against hail by Phra Men Ma are complete. ཨྠྀི༔ Draw a wheel like a small diagram, wrap it with blue and red threads, put it in the belly of a Lacha, or put it in a severed skull, or press it under the street or threshold where he walks, and he will surely die. The killing method of Phra Men Ma is complete. Put it in a Gau or Umbi, and press it on the street where he walks; whoever touches it, their power will be diminished. ཨྠྀི༔ Homage to Phra Men Ma. Phra Men Phyin Ci Log Ma weakens the power of evil spells cast with mantras, and also releases the curses of other sages, the bonds of Brahmins and other people's knowledge mantras, and all the methods of liberating the suppressed body, speech, and mind: First, draw an eight-spoked wheel, and write on the spokes: Tam Tham Thi Ti Sha Pa Ra Thum Be (藏文：ཏཾ་ཐཾ་ཐི་ཏི་ཤད་པ་ར་ཐུམ་རྦད༔). Write your own name in the center. Write: I beseech Phra Men Phyin Ci Log Ma to release the bonds of my speech. Then, light a fire of Rhododendron wood in a thicket of heather or azalea, strip yourself naked, cut off all your hair and nails, and burn all the dirt from your body in the fire.
