将其环绕成圆形，边缘留出约一指宽的黄色纸边。涂上药物和香料，用古古鲁香熏以驱除邪魔。在白色底座或珍宝容器中摆放轮子，生起一种似乎是从不可见之处绘制轮子的誓言，迎请智慧勇识、菩萨、护法、守护者、夜叉、财神等众，并融入无二之中。念诵轮子上所写的咒语和缘起心咒，并进行开光。然后，将轮子上下对齐，用丝线缠绕边缘，或用劈开的竹子或任何木材做成十字架，将轮子固定在中间。在四个风翼上，将ཧཱུྃ་མཱུཾ། （藏文，ഹ്ઁཱྃམཱུྃ，hūṃ mūṃ，吽 穆） ཨོཾ་ལཱཾ།（藏文，ॐ लाँ，oṃ lāṃ，嗡 朗） སྭཱ་མཱཾ།（藏文，स्वा माँ，svā māṃ，斯瓦 茫） ཨཱཾ་པྱཱཾ།（藏文，आं प्याँ，āṃ pyāṃ，阿 榜） ཧཱ་ཏཱཾ་（藏文，हा ताँ，hā tām，哈 当）等组合起来，写在背面。再写上ཨེ་ཡཾ། རཾ་བཾ། སུཾ་。将劈开的竹子用丝线缝合，制成风翼串。使主轴顶端形成伞状的轮子。分为上下两层，上层是轮子，下层是风翼，使风翼转动时不会碰到轮子，这是诀窍。转动轮子进行修法：在吉祥的日期和时间，准备盛大的会供和朵玛，竖立轮子。混合外风和内风，其诀窍类似于在佛塔中竖立轮子，进行开光，撒花并说吉祥语。观想夜叉财神等众从各自的宫殿前来，融入轮子之中，并念诵此发愿文：嗡 斯瓦斯谛 斯瓦斯谛。对于所有无余的夜叉财神等众，我以身语意三门，以虔诚和恭敬之心顶礼。供养盛大的供品和朵玛。祈请享用令您心满意足的殊胜供品。顶礼！愿此如意宝轮，凭借一年四季风力转动轮子的力量、能力、光彩、威力、加持和光芒，使瑜伽士我等眷属从今生乃至一切生世，恒常不断地转动

Surround it in a circular fashion, leaving a yellow paper border of about one finger's width. Anoint with medicine and fragrant substances. Fumigate with gugul incense to dispel obstacles. Arrange the wheels on a white base or in a precious container. Generate a samaya being that appears as if the wheels were drawn from the invisible, and invite the wisdom being, bodhisattvas, dharma protectors, guardians, yakshas, wealth deities, and other retinues, and dissolve them into non-duality. Recite the mantras written on the wheels and the essence of dependent origination, and consecrate them. Then, align the wheels without confusing the top and bottom, and bind the wheels in the middle with silk thread wrapped around the edges, or with split bamboo or any wood made into a cross. On the four wind vanes, combine hūṃ mūṃ (藏文，ഹ്ઁཱྃམཱུྃ，hūṃ mūṃ，吽 穆), oṃ lāṃ (藏文，ॐ लाँ，oṃ lāṃ，嗡 朗), svā māṃ (藏文，स्वा माँ，svā māṃ，斯瓦 茫), āṃ pyāṃ (藏文，आं प्याँ，āṃ pyāṃ，阿 榜), hā tām (藏文，हा ताँ，hā tām，哈 当), and write e yaṃ, raṃ baṃ, suṃ on the back. Sew the split bamboo with silk thread to make a string of wind vanes. Make the wheel at the top of the main shaft look like an umbrella. By making an upper and lower chamber, the wheel is in the upper chamber, and the wind vanes are in the lower chamber, so that the wind turning the wind vanes does not touch the wheel, which is the key instruction. To turn the wheel and perform the practice: on an auspicious day and time, prepare a grand tsok and torma, and erect the wheel. Mixing the outer wind and inner wind, the key instruction is similar to erecting a wheel in a stupa, consecrate it, scatter flowers, and speak auspicious words. Visualize the assembly of yakshas and wealth deities coming from their respective palaces and dissolving into the wheel, and recite this aspiration: Oṃ Svasti Svasti. To all the yakshas, wealth deities, and other retinues without exception, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind, with devotion and respect. I offer a grand offering and torma. I beseech you to accept the supreme offering that pleases and delights your hearts. Namo! May these wish-fulfilling precious wheels, through the power, ability, splendor, might, blessings, and radiance of the wind turning the wheels in the four seasons, cause us yogis and our retinues, from this life onwards and in all lifetimes, to constantly turn the precious wheel of the sacred Dharma without interruption.

May it be auspicious! May the precious wheel of the food feast be constantly and continuously turned! May the precious wheel of happiness and prosperity be constantly and continuously turned! hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍) By the turning of the wheel of the wealth deity king Aparajita, father, mother, and retinue, the eight male and eight female yakshas, may the precious attainments of needs and desires be quickly accomplished as desired! The yaksha wealth deity king, uncle and nephew, and Vaishravana, and Jambhala, and Vasudhara, and Shri Devi, and Ganapati, lord of hosts, and the four classes of dakinis, and the five classes of dakinis, and the four great kings, and so forth, the precious wheel of all the yaksha wealth deity retinues, without remainder, being turned by the wind of the elements in the four seasons, may the gold, silver, copper, iron, turquoise, and silk of the world, armor, grain, and jewels, and offerings, silk brocade, clothing, and shoes, meat, butter, food, drink, the nine desirable objects, the eighteen kinds of wealth and treasures, horses and elephants, treasuries, sheep, goats, livestock, people, and all the treasuries of wealth, and so forth, increase and expand, and may enjoyment flourish and increase! By the turning of the wheel that increases fierce speech and strength, may fierce speech and strength increase in all directions! By the turning of the wheel that increases grain, may one enjoy a great treasury of grain! By the turning of the wheel that increases people and wealth, may all our people and wealth increase! By the turning of the wheel to be controlled, may all male and female beings be brought under control! By the turning of the wheel that moves the hearts of people, may the hearts of people move involuntarily!
