智慧的功德和，福德的积聚，无碍的智慧，遍知一切的现量，任运成就的事业，能力威力的力量，名声的传扬，吉祥的善妙，誓言的殊胜，威慑的光辉，心想事成和安乐的轮宝大聚，缘起物，权势财富，具名之母，无尽的宝藏，奴仆眷属，根本亲眷，富有的资具受用，财物饮食，美好温暖的衣服，盔甲兵器珍宝，牲畜财物和谷物，土地田地城堡，水利政权统治，无尽的宝藏，降伏魔军的力量，各种神通，愿望的意乐成就，心中所想成就的殊胜共同悉地全部，迅速地快速地持续不断地获得，祈愿毫不衰减地赐予。如是说。 又，归纳而言：顶礼！由智慧和事业所成就的智慧本尊众，以及三根本的智慧眷属众，和三宝，以及护持帮助我者，和财神众，祈愿您们于三时之中恒时赐予我一切殊胜共同的悉地，以及寿命和佛法政教功德，以及福德，以及宝藏和受用，以及资具，以及财富，以及财物，以及食物，以及财物，以及 रत्न（藏文，梵文天城体，ratna，珍宝），以及谷物，以及毛织品牲畜，以及亲眷，以及朋友，以及眷属，以及仆人，以及奴仆，以及名声，以及愿望，以及现量，以及陀罗尼，以及禅定，以及证悟，以及智慧，以及聪明才智，以及威力力量光彩，以及安乐，以及心想事成，以及土地田地房屋等等一切所欲求之事皆能成就。祈愿迅速快速持续不断地成就。如是发愿。 又，此之辅助法，乃是安立宝瓶藏宝之口诀：于新的陶土宝瓶之中，以蜂蜡制作龙财增长之像，白色，八指高，具有转轮王的装束，具有七个蛇头的伞盖，右手拿着燃烧的珍宝，左手拿着乌巴拉花，从肚脐以下是蛇身，明妃的形象也与此相同，但具有五个蛇头的伞盖。

The qualities of wisdom, the accumulation of merit, unobstructed wisdom, the direct perception of omniscience, spontaneously accomplished activities, the power of abilities, the spread of fame, the auspiciousness of virtue, the excellence of vows, the splendor of dominance, the great gathering of wish-fulfilling and blissful wheels, auspicious substances, wealth and prosperity, a worthy consort, inexhaustible treasures, retinues of servants, root relatives, wealth, possessions, and enjoyments, riches, food and drink, fine, beautiful, and warm clothing, armor, weapons, jewels, livestock, wealth, and grains, land, fields, and fortresses, dominion over water and governance, inexhaustible treasures, the power to subdue demons, various magical abilities, the fulfillment of hopes and aspirations, and all the supreme and common siddhis that fulfill the mind's desires. May they be obtained swiftly, rapidly, and without interruption, and may they be bestowed without decline. Thus it is said. Furthermore, to summarize: Homage! To the assembly of wisdom deities accomplished through wisdom and action, and to the assembly of the three roots of wisdom, and to the three jewels, and to those who protect and assist me, and to the assembly of wealth deities, may you always bestow upon me all supreme and common siddhis in the three times, as well as life, Dharma, political power, qualities, merit, treasures, enjoyments, possessions, wealth, riches, food, wealth, ratna (藏文，梵文天城体，ratna，jewel), grains, wool, livestock, relatives, friends, retinues, servants, slaves, fame, aspirations, direct perception, dharani, samadhi, realization, wisdom, intelligence, power, strength, glory, happiness, wish fulfillment, land, fields, houses, and everything else desired. May it be accomplished swiftly, rapidly, and without interruption. Thus the aspiration is made. Furthermore, the supporting Dharma for this is the instruction for establishing a vase treasure: Inside a new clay vase, make an image of the Naga Wealth Increaser out of beeswax, white, eight fingers high, with the attire of a universal monarch, having a canopy of seven snake heads, holding a burning jewel in the right hand and an utpala flower in the left, with the body of a snake from the navel down. The form of the consort is similar, but with a canopy of five snake heads.

Five precious jewels, five grains, five medicines, essence food and silk, three sweets, fields of nine wealthy people, residue from nine measures of grain that do not diminish wealth, a mixture of hair from nine kinds of livestock, soil from the top of mountains, the source of five valleys or water from rivers of good land are poured into a vase, and the neck of the vase is tied with silk. Merge the wealth essence of the ten directions of samadhi, the radiance of power and accomplishment, auspicious wealth and all merits into it, and consecrate it. On a fish day within four walls, bury the spring facing east as a treasure. In particular, if you want to increase grain and wealth, bury it deep in the warehouse; if you want to increase livestock, bury it in the center of the enclosure; if you want to increase children, it is said to bury it in a place where many children play. This is the oral instruction for the method of placing the wind wheel vase treasure. All the wheels of this wind wheel ritual should be made so that they are not touched or seen by people, and then kept in their own place. Third, the subsequent ritual is: collect all the wheels and offer them in the shrine or deep in the warehouse. Perform a grand gathering and offering of gratitude. Dedication, aspiration, and wishing for auspiciousness. This oral instruction called "Dakini Wind Wheel Wish-Fulfilling Jewel" is the Dakini Wind Wheel ritual, which is the tradition of the master Nagarjuna. The great accomplished Brahmin Sumati transmitted it in a single lineage to the great translator Dharmavidya. These oral instructions, the wheels, and the prayers on the translated paper, seem to have Chinese versions as well. The translator translated them. He offered a mandala of five gold coins and requested that the oral instructions of the ear-whispered lineage be recorded, and then the catalog and brief practice method were recorded. Then it was successively transmitted to the mantra-holding yogi. The activities of fire and wind are swift and unimpeded in their accomplishment. Among them, especially this Wind Wheel Wish-Fulfilling Jewel is powerful in its blessings, and accomplishment is attained by the wheels themselves. The practice method called "Dakini Wind Wheel Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Ritual" was written down by arranging all the oral instructions in order, and it was bestowed by the Dharma Lord Dakini, may all be auspicious.
