Vayang! Liberated from evil destinies, attaining higher realms; at death, cremated together with the corpse; in the bardo, a sign of being guided by the noble ones; rainbow light, relics, and remains will appear. As it is said. Thus, the activity of the Tagdrol Chakra (Liberation Upon Wearing Wheel), which has been written, practiced, and measured, is explained as five types of activities, of which the sun pervading the sky is: From the dawn of the first day of the Month of Miracles (the first month of the Tibetan calendar), in a place without concealment, arrange the mandala offerings and torma. Place the wheel at the top of the victory banner and perform the activities according to the text. Recite all the mantras with sound. At the time of sunrise: Om! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) All the deities who purify evil destinies, dwell inseparable from the center of the sun. Taming beings, purifying samsara, I pray that the activities are accomplished perfectly! Recite this about seven times and make supplications. As the light radiates from the deities of the mandala, the noble offerings accomplish all the benefits of beings. Blessings and rays of light fill the sky, and finally converge into a single bindu. All sentient beings touched by the light, inseparable from the center of the sun, may they be placed in the state of noble ones. With such faith, extensively perform dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. All the extent pervaded by the sun's light, may obscurations be purified and may they be fortunate to attain enlightenment. Thus it appears. Rivers pervading the sphere: A medium-sized or condensed chakra is well carved on a stone slab, and after consecration and practice, on the first day of the Monkey Month (the ninth month of the Tibetan calendar), in a river flowing into the ocean, or in a large river that will surely flow into it, in a clean and secluded part of the water flow, in the crevices of a fixed rock, or with a deep stone that cannot be moved, place it together without turning it upside down. Arrange offerings and torma beside it. The ritual, praise, and recitation are as mentioned above. During the aspiration, change it to: Dwell inseparable from this river. May the deities of the mandala dissolve into light and always be inseparable from the water. Think like this, and make dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. Those who drink it will purify obscurations and obtain qualities. Thus it is. Stupa with a specific target: In places such as roads and large markets, inside a stupa with the characteristics, place the well-accomplished wheel facing forward without turning it upside down. Generation stage, meditation, recitation, etc., are as mentioned above. During the aspiration, change it to: Inseparable from this stupa.

Translated as "Inseparably abide." Visualize the generated deity abiding steadfastly for as long as it lives, thinking that it will benefit sentient beings, and then perform the steadfast abiding. Again, offer praise, dedicate aspirations, and speak auspicious words. This also says: "Making hand circumambulation in the mind, purify obscurations and become a vessel for enlightenment." Thus. The benefit of roads and so on: At the gatehouses of monasteries and royal palaces, and at the crossroads of major roads, etc., write on cloth or a hard base, and arrange the wheel that has been properly constructed, under a cover that is like a rain shelter and does not perish, so that it is visible to all. Generation, recitation, etc. are as before. The aspiration says: "Inseparably abide with this wheel." Having done the steadfast abiding and so on, all sentient beings who pass through that place will have their obscurations purified and attain the path of liberation. Thus. The benefit of the kitchen food: Carve the wheel on a stone that can be made medium or small, or write the wheel on a round or square clay tablet made of fire-resistant clay, dry it, and fire it. Apply liberation soil. Having properly accomplished the practice, place it in the center of the stove where monks and many people gather. The benefits of doing the generation, recitation, aspiration, etc. as above are: "Relying on the activities of the noble ones, all the food cooked in that stove will be transformed into the essence of nectar, purifying obscurations, perfecting accumulations, accomplishing the elixir, clearing all debts of food, and the benefactors will also attain the path of liberation." Thus. For the five benefits, the practitioner himself also needs to wear a liberation wheel, which is the key point of the instruction. Those who practice these things will also obtain immeasurable benefits. Those who diligently benefit others in this way are equal to the noble ones, the noble lineage holders of the victors, and will definitely attain enlightenment quickly. Thus it is said. Ninth, the Uposatha vow and liberation of the Don-yö Zhagpa (Amoghapasha): On the eighth or fifteenth of the waxing moon, mainly the four great festivals of the Victorious Ones, when the sky falls empty in the waning moon, build a mandala to subdue beings. If there are body images, etc., display them. If there are offerings, mainly lamps, display them extensively. In the early morning, take a five-part bath with blessed water, burn incense, wear clean clothes, and follow the Uposatha vow that you take yourself, as it appears from other sources.
