and in all directions, above and below, Buddhas and Bodhicitta, protectors of the world, inconceivable, all proclaiming the sound of Dharma, delighting in the supreme nectar, meditate clearly as if directly perceived. Offer as much as possible of the seven-limb prayer, such as "As many as..." and the mandala, whether concise or elaborate. From your heart, light radiates, urging the minds of the Buddhas and their retinues. By the rays of their compassionate light, purify all obscurations of myself and sentient beings. Think of having the causes, results, and vessel for being born in the blissful realm. Om, Lotus, Holder, Hum). Recite as much as possible. Homage to the Bhagavan Amitabha, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One. Thus: Om, Amita, Amita-born, Amita-becoming, Amita-victorious, Amita-going, Fame of the Sky, Making the Destruction of All Afflictions, Svaha.) Also recite the Dharani of Remembering the Limitless Light Buddha. Focus single-pointedly with great devotion on the arrangement of the pure land. Gather all virtuous roots and dedicate them as the cause for being born in that pure land. If possible, recite whatever is appropriate of the Sukhavati aspiration prayers. If unable to do so extensively, then "When I am dying," etc., "Having gone there," etc., "Mandala of the Victorious Ones," etc., "There, I will," etc. Recite four verses. From the heart of the Limitless Light Buddha in front, the letter Hrīḥ appears as two. From the right nostril, it enters one's own left nostril and goes to the center of the heart. Light rays shine brightly, purifying all sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies. Together with the exhaled breath, from the right nostril of the Blessed One, it enters the left nostril and dissolves into the Hrīḥ. The mind of the Victorious One and one's own mind remain inseparable in a state beyond thought. Having done as much as possible by combining this visualization with the breath, at the end, the Lama Amitabha himself dissolves into oneself with great joy. One becomes the body of the Buddha. Having faith in this and repeatedly remembering the arrangement of the pure land, finally lie down in a state of non-conceptualization. As for its benefits, immeasurable benefits arise from the sutras, etc., where the Buddha is presently abiding manifestly, and also from the heart practice oral instructions: If one meditates in this way without interruption in each session, at the time of death, by the power of the Buddha, all obscurations will be purified, and one will definitely be born in the blissful realm. Thus it is said.
