于地敬礼！ 霍！于何当调伏，即于彼处示现者， 各自之修持殊胜本尊持相者， 于修持之持明八众敬礼！ 任运成就大印与寿命自在， 各自之持明持种姓之手印， 于种姓之持明众敬礼！ 持明地与无二任运成就， 金刚持为功德生起之主， 于持明上师众敬礼！ 烦恼障与所知障净除， 事业究竟二种成就获， 于持明十六众敬礼！ 霍！ 无缘方便示现种种身， 身色手印随意幻化且转变， 于世间护法众敬礼！ 由智慧事业成就之骄慢者， 以誓言力守护教法之教令， 于咒主具誓众敬礼！ 霍！ 法性自性化身忿怒之主， 为调伏忿怒暴恶而现身， 于供赞调伏骄慢者敬礼！ 大力降伏魔众作猛烈之事业， 摧毁世间事业成就之骄慢， 于咒主具力众敬礼！ 霍！ 三世诸佛所修持之， 二资粮圆满功德至究竟， 于身与智慧众敬礼！ 具光辉之眷属母曜自在母， 皆不逾越时誓言具者， 于瑜伽二十八众敬礼！ 善恶掌握誓言之后断者， 如教而行助成之友伴母， 于具誓海众敬礼！ 嗡 班匝 萨埵 萨玛雅 等（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ་，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्र सत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sattva samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，誓言）。如是说。 霍！ 祈请垂念，诸佛海众！ 佛之教言与上师之教敕， 不如实行，轻蔑上师， 密咒誓言违犯之过， 根本支分，损减一切， 不隐瞒不隐藏，发露忏悔！ 受持密咒金刚之誓言后， 身语意与支分之， 当行持之誓言五， 不舍弃之誓言五， 乐于受取之誓言五， 当知晓之誓言五， 当修持之誓言五， 二十五之誓言违犯等， 不隐瞒不隐藏，发露忏悔！ 父母金刚姊妹

I prostrate to the ground! Ho! Showing to where and what needs to be tamed, Holding the signs of the supreme practice of each Yidam, I prostrate to the eight vidyadharas of practice! Spontaneously accomplished great mudra and power over life, Each vidyadhara holding the mudra of their lineage, I prostrate to the vidyadharas of the lineages! The vidyadhara ground is non-dual, spontaneously accomplished, Vajradhara is the chief source of qualities, I prostrate to the vidyadhara gurus! May the obscurations of afflictions and the obscurations of knowledge be purified, May the two siddhis of accomplished activities be attained, I prostrate to the sixteen vidyadharas! Ho! Showing various forms through aimless means, Transforming and changing body color and hand symbols in any way, I prostrate to the worldly Dharma protectors! Possessing pride accomplished by wisdom activities, Protecting the teachings of the command by the power of samaya, I prostrate to the assembly of mantra masters with samaya! Ho! The lord of wrathful emanations from the nature of Dharma, Manifesting the body to subdue wrathful and violent beings, I prostrate to those who subdue pride through offerings and praise! Performing powerful activities of subduing demons with great strength, Destroying the pride accomplished by worldly activities, I prostrate to the assembly of powerful mantra masters! Ho! Accomplished by all the Buddhas of the three times, Perfecting the qualities of the two accumulations to the ultimate, I prostrate to the assembly of body and wisdom! The glorious retinue, the powerful Matri goddesses, All possessing samaya that does not transgress time, I prostrate to the twenty-eight yoginis! Holding the balance of good and bad, cutting off after the samaya, Mothers who help to accomplish according to the command, I prostrate to the assembly of the ocean of samaya holders! Om Vajrasattva Samaya etc. Thus it is said. Ho! Please consider, ocean of victorious ones! The words of the Buddha and the instructions of the Guru, Not practicing as they are, disparaging the Guru, Faults of breaking the secret mantra samaya, All root and branch, deficiencies, Without concealing or hiding, I confess and repent! དྲལ་དང་། ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །（对于）三界一切有情众生，མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ་ཡི་ལས་བྱས་ཀུན། །所造五无间罪等一切，མི་འཆབ་མི་སྦེད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །不隐瞒不隐藏全部忏悔。ཉ་སྟོང་ཚེས་བརྒྱད་དུས་དྲུག་མཆོད་པ་ཆག །每月初八、十五，六时供养中断，བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཏིང་འཛིན་མ་གསལ་ལྟ་བ་ལོག །念修禅定不清晰，见解颠倒，ཕུད་དང་གཙང་སྦྲ་མ་བྱས་ཁ་ཚར་ཤོར། །没有做供养和净洁，誓言退失，ལེ་ལོ་གསོག་འཇོག་བགྱིས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །懒惰积攒全部忏悔。དེ་ལྟར་མཐོལ་བཤགས་གནོང་འགྱོད་ཀྱིས། །如是忏悔和后悔，རྩ་བ་ཡན་ལག་ཉམས་ཆག་དང་། །根本和支分（的）衰损和，ཉམས་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྐངས་གྱུར་ཅིག །一切衰损罪障都得以弥补。དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡི་འགྱོད་ཚངས་ཀྱིས། །如是这般的忏悔，བདག་དང་ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །我和三界有情众生的，ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་སྒྲིབ་བྱང་ནས། །身语意三门清净后，ན་རག་གནས་ནས་དོང་སྤྲུགས་ཏེ། །从地狱处所彻底解脱，འགྲོ་དྲུག་གནས་ནས་ཐར་གྱུར་ཅིག །从六道处所获得解脱。གསང་སྔགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པ་འདི། །这个密咒金刚乘，བཀའ་བཙན་བྱིན་ཆེ་དར་གྱུར་ཅིག །愿具威力加持兴盛。གསང་སྔགས་འདི་སྒྲོག་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀུན། །宣讲此密咒，所有国土，མི་ནད་ཕྱུགས་ནད་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག །人疾畜疫得以平息，མི་དར་ལོ་ཕྱུགས་ལེགས་གྱུར་ཅིག །人寿增盛，年成牲畜丰收，དགེ་དངོས་ཀུན་གྱིས་སྤྱོད་གྱུར་ཅིག །愿享用一切善妙实物。རྡོ་རྗེ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས། །金刚莲花生，སྐྱོ་ངལ་མེད་པའི་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་ལ། །对无有厌倦的措嘉（益西措嘉佛母），ཉུང་བསྡུས་མན་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་འདི། །这个简略甚深窍诀，རྒྱུན་དུ་ཡི་ དམ་ནར་མར་གྱིས། །恒常作为本尊持续修持。ཞེས་གསུངས་བཤགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི། །如是所说，这个忏悔之王，རྣལ་འབྱོར་ རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་ཁྲུས་ཡིན། །是瑜伽士们的共同沐浴。ན་རག་གནས་ཀྱང་དོང་སྤྲུགས་པས། །由于连地狱处所也能彻底解脱，གསང་སྔགས་འཆང་བས་ཉམས་སུ་ལོངས། །密咒持明者请修持。སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས། །导师莲花生，ཆོས་བྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཉམས་ཆག་དང་། །为修行者们的衰损和，སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱོང་བའི་ཆེད་དུ་མཛད། །清净罪障而造。འགྱོད་ཚངས་བཤགས་པའི་ཁ་སྐོང་། 忏悔罪障的补充。སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས། ཇོ་མོ་མཁར་ཆེན་བཟའ་ལ་གདམས་པ་རྫོགས་སོ། །导师莲花生对觉姆卡钦匝的教言圆满了。ཨོཾ། （藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）。ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ་མཆོག་རང་བཞིན་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནི། །智慧身殊胜自性坛城，ཟླ་རྒྱས་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྲོས་པ་མི་མངའ་ཡང་། །如满月般虽无戏论，ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཉི་གསལ་འོད་བཞིན་སྙོམས་མཛད་པ། །然大悲如日光普照，འདིར་གཤེགས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་ཤིང་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །祈请降临此处垂念我并安住。བརྗོད་མེད་ཤེས་རབ་མི་གཡོ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ། །不可言说智慧不动法身，བདེ་ཆེན་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུ་རིགས་ལྔའི་གཙོ། །大乐报身五部主尊，ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཐབས་མཁས་རྒྱ་ཆེ་རོལ་པ་ཡི། །大悲方便广大游舞的，ཞི་ཁྲོ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ལྷ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །寂怒化身诸神我顶礼。དངོས་སུ་འབྱོར་དང་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་རྣམ་སྤྲུལ་པའི། །以实物陈设和意幻所化现的，ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་བླ་མེད་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་གྱིས། །普贤无上供云，མཁའ་དབྱིངས་རྣམ་དག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་ཡོངས་བཀོད་དེ། །于清净广阔虚空中陈设，ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་རྒྱ་མཚོས་མཆོད། །以内外密供云大海供养。ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་མོ་གསང་བའི་བྷ་ག་ལ། །普贤佛母秘密莲花中，རྒྱལ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རབ་འབྱམས་མ་ལུས་ཀུན། །所有无余诸佛坛城，འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པའི་ངང་དུ་རོ་གཅིག་པས། །于无离合之状态中成一体性，གཉིས་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱིས་མཉེས་གྱུར་ཅིག །愿以无二菩提心令欢喜。སེམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ནམ་མཁའ་ཆེ། །心之自性法界如虚空，ཆོས་རྣམས་རྣམ་དག་ཡེ་ནས་འོད་གསལ་ཞི

And to all sentient beings in the three realms, I confess all the deeds of the five inexpiable sins, without concealing or hiding them. I confess the broken offerings on the eighth and fifteenth days of the month, and the six times of the day. I confess the unclear contemplation, practice, and samadhi, and the distorted views. I confess the failure to make offerings and maintain cleanliness, and the broken vows. I confess the accumulation of laziness and hoarding. By such confession and repentance, may all the root and branch impairments and obscurations be purified. By such repentance, may the obscurations of body, speech, and mind of myself and all sentient beings in the three realms be purified, and may we be liberated from the hell realms and the six realms of existence. May this secret mantra Vajrayana flourish with powerful blessings. May all the diseases of humans and animals in all the kingdoms where this secret mantra is proclaimed be pacified. May humans prosper, crops and livestock be good, and may all virtuous things be enjoyed. Padmasambhava said to Tsoyal, who had no weariness, "Continuously make this concise and profound instruction your yidam." This king of confession is the common bath for all yogis. Since even the hell realms are emptied, practice it by those who hold the secret mantra. Guru Padmasambhava made this for the sake of purifying the impairments and obscurations of those who practice Dharma. Supplement to the Confession of Repentance. Guru Padmasambhava completed the instructions to Jomo Kharchenza. Om. The supreme wisdom body, the self-existing mandala, although without elaboration like the waxing moon, its compassion is impartial like the light of the clear sun. Please come here, consider me, and remain. Homage to the peaceful and wrathful deities, the embodiments of compassion, skillful means, and vast play, the unmoving Dharmakaya of inexpressible wisdom, the Sambhogakaya of great bliss, the chief of the five families. I offer the vast clouds of Samantabhadra's supreme offerings, both actually arranged and mentally emanated. Having arranged the pure and vast expanse of space, I offer the ocean of outer, inner, and secret offering clouds. In the secret bhaga of Samantabhadri, all the infinite mandalas of the Victorious Ones are of one taste in the state of non-separation. May you be pleased by the non-dual bodhicitta. The nature of mind is the great Dharmadhatu, like space, all dharmas are completely pure, primordially clear.
