ཡས་ཤོག །བདག་གི་བརྩོན་པས་མཁའ་མཉམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན། །སྲིད་ལས་རྣམ་གྲོལ་འཁོར་བ་སྟོངས་པ་ན། །བདག་ཀྱང་བྱང་ཆུབ་དམ་པ་གཉིས་ཐོབ་ནས། །ཆོས་སྐུ་ ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཤོག །ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་འགྲོ་བའི་གཉེན་གྱུར་ཏེ། །གནས་དང་ཉེ་བའི་གནས་རྣམས་བགྲོད་པ་དང་། །ཞིང་དང་ཉེ་བའི་ཞིང་རྣམས་བལྟ་བ་དང་། །དུར་ཁྲོད་བརྒྱད་དང་ཚན་དྷོ་ལ་སོགས་པར། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་རྣམས་དང་སྐལ་པ་མཉམ་པར་ཤོག །མངོན་ཤེས་མང་པོས་གདུལ་བྱའི་རྒྱུད་མཁྱེན་ཏེ། ཐུན་མོང་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པས་བཟའ་བ་ནི། འདི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིག་པ་དང་ཞབས་སུ་ལྡན་པ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ། འཇིག་རྟེན་མཁྱེན་པ། 愿如是成！我以精进力，令如虚空般无量众生，从有中解脱，轮回止息时，我亦获得二种殊胜菩提，与法身普贤无别。愿生生世世成为众生之友，成为无上的怙主与救护者，为利有情降下如意之雨，如同珍宝一般殊胜。愿成就十自在、现量智、神通力，以及总持、解脱等殊胜功德，调伏难调之众生，令其安住于殊胜菩提。愿为如虚空般无边无际的众生，降下珍贵甘露般的正法之雨，以法布施、无畏布施、财物布施，令一切众生安住于安乐。愿成就无上密咒之王，于无边刹土中，示现无量神变，散发空行母无尽燃烧之云，令密咒之行无边无际。愿能游历圣地及邻近之地，观览净土及邻近之净土，于八大尸陀林及旃陀罗等地，与空行母等同享福分。愿以众多现量智，了知所化众生之根器，以众多三摩地，成就智慧之身，以众多明咒，获得密咒之成就，成就众多殊胜之地之坛城。愿如众生心智之次第，以各种根器，降下各种乘之法雨，圆满各自之愿望，最终进入究竟乘之王道。愿从遍布虚空之功德如意云中，降下众多成就之雨，以何种方式调伏，即以何种方式显现，具足成熟无量众生之能力。当临终之时，愿无数勇士空行母众，手持供养云聚前来迎接，往生到奥明空行刹土。愿于彼刹那圆满法身，成为本初清净之如来，成为普贤王如来，一切之主，获得金刚大乐之位。于童瓶身之身坛城中，于珍宝藏中究竟稳固，以色身之游舞，于所化之世间，示现无量化身。

May it be so! By my diligence, may all sentient beings equal to space, be completely liberated from existence, and when samsara is emptied, may I also attain the two supreme enlightenments, and may I be inseparable from the Dharmakaya Samantabhadra. May I become a friend to beings in all lifetimes, and may I be the supreme protector and savior, raining down desires for the benefit of sentient beings, and may I be like a precious jewel. May I accomplish the ten powers, direct knowledge, miraculous powers, and all the supreme qualities of dharani and liberation, and may I tame those who are untamed by others, and may I establish all in supreme enlightenment. May I rain down the precious nectar of the sacred Dharma upon beings who are equal to the expanse of the sky, and may I establish all beings in happiness through the giving of Dharma, fearlessness, and material things. May I accomplish the supreme king of secret mantras, and in limitless realms, may I display a sea of transformations, and may I emanate clouds of inexhaustible burning dakinis, and may the practice of secret mantras be limitless. May I travel to holy places and nearby places, and may I behold pure lands and nearby pure lands, and in the eight great charnel grounds and Chandohala and so on, may I share the same fortune as the dakinis. May I know the minds of those to be tamed with many direct knowledges, and may I accomplish the wisdom body with many samadhis, and may I attain the accomplishments of secret mantras with many vidya-mantras, and may I accomplish the mandala of many supreme grounds. May I rain down the Dharma of various vehicles according to the order of beings' minds and faculties, and may I fulfill the hopes of each situation, and may I finally enter the king's path of the ultimate vehicle. May I rain down many kinds of accomplishments from the wish-fulfilling clouds of qualities that pervade the sky, and may I have the power to ripen limitless sentient beings, appearing in whatever way tames them. When the time comes to die, may countless heroes and yoginis, holding clouds of offerings, come to greet me, and may I go to the realm of Akanishta Khechara. May I perfect the Dharmakaya in that instant, and may I become the Tathagata who is primordially pure, Samantabhadra, the lord of all, and may I attain the state of Vajra Great Bliss. In the body mandala of the youthful vase body, may I be perfectly stable in the precious womb, and with the play of the Rupakaya, in the world of those to be tamed, may I manifest countless emanations.

愿能供养！与智慧法身无别，无始无终之主，于自性圆满大虚空中，不勤作而自然成就。于珍宝光明清净之坛城中，现见自明金刚萨埵之义，以大威力圆满之事业，愿一切众生一时成就圆满佛陀！黄金之日融入于虚空，燃烧之光芒渐趋寂灭时，愿能证见胜者之主无垢至高之境，清净广阔之义！以四灌成熟之觉性菩提心，光明四相现前，有质蕴聚解脱为光身，愿以大迁转成办他利！未从束缚之身牢笼中解脱，何能断除死亡迁转之要害而无痛苦？愿于中阴现前殊胜光明，于任运成就之地获得稳固之位！若有见轮回中阴者，愿于彼刹那自显无惧，游历极喜等清净刹土，证得无边之现前菩提行！于至上光明金刚顶之地上，我等已入金刚瑜伽，愿无有障碍之道稳固至究竟，获得普贤大乐嘿汝嘎！法界清净毗卢遮那薄伽梵，成为大自在天中之天，成为厚重庄严，一切圆满庄严，愿获得善逝部之成就！明镜清净不动薄伽梵，名声圆满，成为天中之天，成为现喜庄严，一切圆满庄严，愿获得金刚部之成就！平等清净宝生薄伽梵，功德圆满，成为天中之天，成为具光荣庄严，一切圆满庄严，愿获得宝生部之成就！普作清净无量光薄伽梵，大乐自在，成为天中之天，成为具安乐庄严，一切圆满庄严，愿获得莲花部之成就！成所作智清净不空成就薄伽梵，事业圆满，成为天中之天，成为最胜事业庄严，一切圆满庄严，愿获得业部之成就！

May there be offerings! Inseparable from the wisdom Dharmakaya, the Lord without beginning or end, In the vast expanse of the spontaneously perfect nature, May we effortlessly and naturally go forth! In the precious, radiant, pure mandala, Having seen the meaning of self-aware Vajrasattva, Through the great power of perfect activity, May all beings together become perfect Buddhas! May the golden suns dissolve into space, When the blazing rays of light are nearly pacified, May we see the meaning of the pure, vast realm of the supreme, stainless Lord of Victors! May the awareness, Bodhicitta, ripened by the four empowerments, And the four lights of luminosity become manifest, May the material aggregates dissolve into a body of light, And may we accomplish the benefit of others through the great transference! Without being liberated from the prison of the binding body, How can one cut through the crucial point of death and transference without suffering? May the sacred luminosity of the Bardo become manifest, And may we secure a permanent position on the spontaneously accomplished ground! Even if one sees the Bardo of existence, May self-appearance be fearless in that instant, May we travel through the pure lands such as Abhirati, And may our conduct of manifest enlightenment be boundless! On the supreme ground of radiant Vajra Peak, We enter the Vajra Yoga, May the unobstructed path be stable and reach its end, And may we attain the supreme Samantabhadra Heruka! Dharmadhatu pure Vairochana Bhagavan, The great powerful one, become the god of gods, Become the thick ornament, adorned by all without exception, May we attain the siddhi of the Tathagata family! Mirror-like pure Akshobhya Bhagavan, Fame perfected, become the god of gods, Become the ornament of manifest joy, adorned by all without exception, May we attain the siddhi of the Vajra family! Equality pure Ratnasambhava Bhagavan, Qualities perfected, become the god of gods, Become the glorious ornament, adorned by all without exception, May we attain the siddhi of the Ratna family! Discrimination pure Amitabha Bhagavan, Great bliss powerful, become the god of gods, Become the blissful ornament, adorned by all without exception, May we attain the siddhi of the Padma family! Accomplishing activity pure Amoghasiddhi Bhagavan, Activity perfected, become the god of gods, Become the supreme activity ornament, adorned by all without exception, May we attain the siddhi of the Karma family!
