Now, the ultimate accomplishment. It is essential not to rely on worldly affairs such as war, business, farming, etc. Those with faults contrary to these should not be associated with from the beginning. If it is certain that one has attained genuine wisdom, they should be regarded as wish-fulfilling jewels, not depending on status or offerings. Secondly, regarding the qualities of the disciple to whom empowerment is given: it is indispensable to have great faith and diligence, little affliction such as pride and anger, and to prioritize meditation and vows. Great wisdom is the best of all qualities, but it must be a suitable vessel for secret instructions. One should not be someone who is obviously attached to the views and practices of the lower vehicles, or a possessor of wrong wisdom who enjoys speculative reasoning. Only those who possess unwavering faith, a sense of shame, and modesty are considered supreme, and therefore should be chosen with emphasis. If one does not possess these qualities, one should never gather disciples based on lineage, appearance, wealth, etc., as this will become a cause for the teacher's own decline. Although the examination of the teacher-student relationship is not practiced nowadays, the extremely secret, profound, and ultimate meanings of the third empowerment's instructions and introductory pointing-out, etc., must be gradually protected by upholding vows, not deviating from faith, and never proclaimed publicly before trust has arisen and practice and recognition have occurred, because this will cause one's own accomplishments to decline and the fault of revealing secrets to an unsuitable vessel. Thirdly, the time for empowerment is: from the perspective of relative truth, the auspiciousness of times and stars affects good and bad fortune, so one should adopt or reject as stated in the Secret General Tantra, etc., which is well known. In particular, The festivals blessed by the Buddhas are always auspicious. On the tenth day of the waxing moon, the Guru Rinpoche festival is held with the Guru empowerment and practice offerings; on the tenth day of the waning moon, the blessings and practice offerings of the Dakini lineage are held; the Dharma protectors, etc., are especially auspicious on the twenty-ninth day and other days when they each travel. In particular, it is said that it can also be done when the teacher is pleased by the disciple's actions, such as having the necessary equipment and offerings, having great devotion, and being diligent in activities, because the Accomplishment Chapter also says that the mantra given when the teacher is pleased will be quickly accomplished. Therefore, the teacher's compassion and the disciple's faith.

When the interdependent origination of the container and its contents is complete, there are no limitations, so one can engage in the activities of the mandala and empowerment. Fifth, a brief explanation of individual practices is divided into three points: the differences between Mahāyoga, Anuyoga, and Atiyoga, and the remaining meanings of blessings, etc. First, if it is related to a great accomplishment, that is the best, but few people do that now. The detailed practice needs to be understood by combining the respective sadhanas and empowerment texts. Here, what is said is only the ritual of empowerment, which also has eight aspects: recitation, ground ritual, preparation, activities of the mandala, offering practice, self-entry, empowerment, and subsequent activities. The first is: Based on having previously completed the root recitation practice. At this time, in order to request permission and protect against obstacles, etc., there is what is known as supplementary recitation. If ordinary teachers with defiled minds obscure the place of blessings and accomplishments even by slightly diminishing the branches of the ritual, then if the root of the ritual decays, there will be no blessings or accomplishments. Therefore, it is very important for the empowerer himself to purify his own mind stream first. The disciple should not request empowerment suddenly, but from a long time in advance. After the teacher has agreed, the recitation practice should be done for a period of seven days. If one cannot do the extensive mandala recitation and meditation, then one can rely on a simple, concise method such as the single mudra practice of the peaceful, increasing, wrathful, and subjugating deities of the Eight Commands of the Compendium of Intentions. If one is doing all the empowerments and transmissions of a single treasure tradition at once, then it is best to choose from within that tradition a practice that one has already completed, or even if one has not completed it, to choose a practice that is fundamental. For cases where a small amount of empowerment and blessing is needed immediately, no one does that, so there is no need to say more. Second, the ground ritual is said to have five aspects: examination, request, purification, seizure, and protection. However, the Vajra Dakini and General Tantra state that for the place of empowerment, such as a temple, cave, rooftop, etc., and any place that is pleasing, there is no need to examine it. There is also no need to request a place that has already been taken possession of. However, in current practice, if a colored powder mandala is being constructed, then it is necessary to request it from non-humans and purify it with the empowerment stake, as well as with the four: substances, mantras, mudras, and samadhi. On that ground, the teacher with
