为了获得（此灌顶），我即使面临生命危险，也要生起殊胜菩提心。关于受持律仪：进入真实义坛城后，所受持的秘密心律仪，直至菩提之间，不令其衰损，如法受持，立此誓言。献曼茶罗：外为器世界之曼茶罗，内为精华气心之堆积，具足乐空明点之庄严，献于自证义之本尊。之后，上师手持金刚铃杵，将誓言之甘露置于舌上，将法器金刚置于弟子的心间，说道：我乃汝之种姓主，特别是赐予无上灌顶者，饮此誓言金刚之水，如护生命般守护所有誓言。（ས་མ་ཡ་ཨི་དནྟེ་ན་ར་ཀན།，梵文天城体：समय इदन्ते नरकन्，梵文罗马拟音：samaya idante narakan，汉语字面意思：誓言，此乃地狱。）如是说后，宣说无上密咒之誓言。特别是，为了获得气脉空行秘密宝藏之灌顶，以气心双运之修持，立誓进行十二年之禁行。之后，师徒众人明观意念，放出浊气，以宝瓶气之方式持气，如现观般观修：原始清净，远离戏论之界；自生原始怙主等；智慧能力无有阻碍之本尊；观修为离言思议。（如是）明观。之后，降下大加持之智慧：焚香，演奏乐器，自身明观为马头金刚亥母父母双运之状态中，念诵：（ཧྲཱིཿམ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧྲཱིང་ཧྲཱཱིང་ཕེམ་ཕེམ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。如是念诵，从本尊和咒语中放射出无量光芒，从空行持明之刹土，所有勇士空行护法，如天降甘霖般降临，观想与自身无二无别。念诵： （ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！）未造作，本初，广大周遍之法界；本初空性普贤王如来等；传承上师降临此处赐予灌顶；祈请加持成就虹身光蕴；自生智慧，光芒环绕之界；觉性空性，离戏论，大自在父母等；本尊坛城降临此处赐予灌顶；祈请加持成就任运大乐；自显清净空行刹土中；法界大母金刚亥母等；母眷空行降临此处赐予灌顶；祈请加持增长清净智慧。

In order to obtain (this empowerment), I shall generate the supreme Bodhicitta even if it costs me my life. Regarding upholding the vows: Having entered the mandala of true meaning, the secret mind vows that I have taken, until enlightenment, without letting them diminish, I vow to uphold them properly. Offering the mandala: The outer mandala is the vessel world, the inner essence is the accumulation of wind and mind, adorned with the bliss-emptiness bindu, offered to the deity of self-cognizant meaning. Then, the guru holds the vajra bell and vajra, places the nectar of the vows on the tongue, places the vajra implement on the disciple's heart, and says: I am the lord of your lineage, especially the one who bestows the unsurpassed empowerment, drink this water of the vajra of vows, protect all vows as you protect your life. (ས་མ་ཡ་ཨི་དནྟེ་ན་ར་ཀན།，梵文天城体：समय इदन्ते नरकन्，梵文罗马拟音：samaya idante narakan，Literal meaning: Samaya, this is hell.) Having said this, he proclaims the vows of the unsurpassed secret mantra. In particular, in order to obtain the empowerment of the secret treasury of channels, winds, and dakinis, through the practice of uniting wind and mind, I vow to undertake a twelve-year retreat. Then, all the teachers and students clarify their minds, release impure air, hold the breath in the manner of vase breathing, and meditate as in the Abhisamaya: The realm of primordial purity, free from elaboration; the self-born primordial protector, etc.; the deities whose wisdom and abilities are unimpeded; meditate as being beyond speech, thought, and expression. (Thus) clarify. Then, bestow the great blessing of wisdom: Burn incense, play music, and in the state of visualizing oneself as the Hayagriva-Vajravarahi yab-yum, recite: (ཧྲཱིཿམ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧྲཱིང་ཧྲཱཱིང་ཕེམ་ཕེམ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，Literal meaning: ). By reciting this, countless rays of light emanate from the deity and mantra, and from the realm of the Khechara Vidyadharas, all the heroes, dakinis, and protectors descend like rain from the sky, and contemplate being inseparable from oneself. The uncreated, original, vast and pervasive Dharmadhatu; Primordial emptiness, Samantabhadra, etc.; May the lineage gurus descend here to bestow empowerment; Bless us to achieve the rainbow body of light; The realm of self-illuminating wisdom, swirling with light; Awareness-emptiness, free from elaboration, the great powerful father and mother, etc.; May the yidam deities descend here to bestow empowerment; Bless us to achieve spontaneous great bliss; From the self-appearing pure Khechara palace; The great mother of Dharmadhatu, Vajravarahi, etc.; May the mother dakinis descend here to bestow empowerment; Bless us to increase pure wisdom.

Then, the secret wisdom empowerment: The wisdom Dakini is the nature of bliss, uttering the sound of bliss in every way, entrusting you brave one as the blissful consort, may you obtain the autonomy of descending, holding, guiding, and expanding!
