From the Secret Treasury of Channels, Winds, and Dakinis: A Mirror Clarifying the Ground is present. This Secret Treasury of Channels, Winds, and Dakinis has two aspects of the ground: the history of the lineage of lamas and the instructions that arise from it. First, the history of the lineage of lamas is like the joyous feast of the arising of treasures and the greatness of words of confidence. Second, the actual instructions that arise from that lineage also have two: the empowerments that ripen and the instructions that liberate. First is like the supreme empowerment, self-arisen wisdom. Second, the instructions that liberate have four: outer generation stage, relying on deity yoga to accomplish one's own body as the form of a deity; inner drawing in and out of wind, relying on the practice of breath to accomplish the channels and elements as essence; secret conventional cause of bindu, relying on essence to accomplish wisdom; and very secret, bringing the actions that are appropriate for any situation to the extreme. First, the generation stage deity yoga has three: purification of the generation stage, recitation of the essence, and stimulation of bliss. Second, the practice of drawing in and out of wind has two: the root practice of tummo and the branch practice of key points. First has four: characteristics of the outer place, characteristics of the inner food, characteristics of the secret companion, and the practice of aloneness. First is a secluded place with complete favorable conditions. Second is accumulating nourishing food. Third is associating with Dharma-compatible companions. The fourth has two: emptiness meditation and wind yoga. First, emptiness meditation has: outer emptiness of the body, inner emptiness of the channels, and establishing the secret tummo fire chamber. Second, wind yoga has four: learning gentle wind, learning intermediate wind, learning vase breath, and learning forceful wind. Second, the practice of branch key points has six: first, common tummo illusory wheel. Second, dream clear light environment. Third, clear light illusion self-purification. Fourth, illusory body unreal self-liberation. Fifth, bardo appearances self-liberation. Sixth, transference profound path yoga. Third, conventional cause of bindu has two: general explanation and individual explanation.

Five postures. The causes of back bending, measurement, consecration, five methods of purification, and essence. The first is divided into three: methods of examining mudras, how to rely on them, and how the benefits of relying on them arise. Second, the method of relying is divided into three: preliminary Vajra water drinking, main practice hand actions, subsequent practice entering into equipoise. Third, the benefits are divided into two: how temporary qualities arise, and how ultimate fruit is obtained. Second, the practice of the mother tantra is divided into three: the characteristics of a hero, how to unite, and its benefits. The first is divided into three: all complete characteristics are excellent, about half are medium, and about one-third are inferior. Second, how to unite is divided into three: preliminary lotus wind emission, main practice felt roll instruction, subsequent practice applying to action. Third, the benefits are divided into two: common and supreme accomplishment attainment methods. Fourth, the karma that is suitable for what ultimately appears is divided into seven: uncommon magical wheels, iron hooks that attract those with characteristics, entering cities to benefit beings and continuously protect them, seizing the life force that removes obstacles and liberates, garlands of treasure from activity gatherings, methods of accomplishing nectar water springs, and methods of accomplishing Vajrayogini. This, which is called "The Mirror that Clearly Delineates the Secret Treasure Trove of Channels, Winds, and Dakinis," was also written by the degenerate yogi Rainbow Heart Essence in the land where the lotus of Dre'o Shod blooms. May it be auspicious! ༈ །། From the Secret Treasure Trove of Channels, Winds, and Dakinis, the Treasure Manifesting Joyful Feast resides. The auspicious moon rises in the center of the ocean of milk. On top of the lotus free from the faults of samsara. Showing the spontaneously arising manifestations. Protected by Guru Rinpoche. The space of blazing wisdom fire. The splendor of the nine postures of dance blazing. Destroying evil enemies and wrong thoughts. May the yidam Hayagriva be victorious. Wherever the sun and moon travel. After manifestly seizing the path of Rahu. Mother who increases the wisdom of the four joys. I prostrate to the dakini Vajravarahi. The glorious lord of supreme and common accomplishments. The sovereign mother who bestows. If these flowers of faith are scattered. May virtuous thoughts be perfected.
