If you do not get rid of this thought of attachment, there will be no time to attain liberation, you will not walk the path to enlightenment, the fruit of happiness will not ripen, and the qualities of the stages and paths will not arise. Therefore, thinking that you should not even think of the evil deeds of attachment for a moment, exhale the old air and slowly inhale the new air, visualize the lama on the crown of your head, and pray steadfastly. Also, if it is a consort with marks, because it is not permissible to visualize unpleasant things, visualize the consort transforming into light, merging into the vajra palace, and then merging into the heart. Repeatedly visualize that attachment does not exist outside the bliss of one's own mind, but is like a great bliss illusion, and eliminate it in this way.
