After that, use sea buckthorn, yellow butter, hawthorn bark, rhubarb, wax, musk, Guggul, Aucklandia, Chebulic myrobalan, and nine kinds of bat droppings with poisonous wings removed, ground according to the ratio, and made into pills the size of safflower with milk khanda. With the soup of licorice, cardamom, scorpion, and Tribulus terrestris, take nine pills each time, about three times in the morning. Sometimes wash the body with urine and apply white ghee. For fever, use rhubarb instead of Tribulus terrestris. Do not let the body get cold, cover it with clothes. If you feel like vomiting, apply tsampa to the nose. Apply a cold stone to the forehead and sit squatting. If you have diarrhea, apply tsampa for fever, and fumigate with maltose for cold. This will drain all the yellow water. Drink a cup of boiled water every three times of diarrhea. If it is very painful and difficult to urinate, take rock salt and Chebulic myrobalan tip soup. Whether the pills need to be less than nine, know the weakness of the body and the size of the medicine dose. If the condition is severe, repeat three times. Medium twice, mild once is enough. For fever, eat cool and warm balanced food and drink, and for cold, eat nutritious food, and treat according to general medical principles, it will be eliminated. The obstacles to semen depletion are: Fasting for one day, excessive asceticism, and the fault of repeatedly lowering the essence to the consort due to greed. It leads to a pale complexion, sparse hair and eyebrows, a foul odor on the body, and mental unease. The treatment for this is: request the four empowerments of tantra from a special lama.
