观想被各种光芒束缚，将冲击的精华聚集在心间，由此那些甘露明点，不会衰减，身体力量增长。此法的修持一天，能使精华稳固一年。因此，珍爱隐藏甘露之容器的，颅器交合轮。第五，采集花朵精华的，蜜蜂铁喙轮，自身显现为本尊真身。譬如蜜蜂于花朵上，安然吸吮花蜜一般，以意念专注明妃，与四喜乐同时增长的，愿望一同结金刚跏趺坐。双手于眼前伸直，日月朝向天空，大拇指向上翘起，蛇穴尽可能靠近岩石，上方吸气下方提气，收紧肛门收缩脚趾，观想都提脉的管道，如用竹管引水一般，吸取手印的精华如奶汁，吸入后送至（ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思： 吽），依次点燃每个脉轮。引出红色精华的功德，金刚舌也无法述说。第六，精华 深汲取，日月倒置轮，虽然能够摄持白红精华，但是日月运行的轨道，如果没有阻挡罗睺的道路，如同得到珍宝，却不供养在胜幢顶端一般，难以产生欲望的功德。因此，通过日月倒置，这个轮非常珍贵。双脚并拢伸直，双手用力拉伸，手掌向后推，头低下身体完全伸直，大行星朝向城堡，大拇指向上翘起，下方的门拉向上方的门，海洋靠近须弥山，观想日月的所有精华，融入眉间六个明点，做七次强力外持，精华必定顺畅运行。利益如珍宝，如愿望实现般，所需皆得成就。这是日月倒置轮。第七，混合日月的光芒，海浪轮，获得他方日月精华后，如果不与自身精华混合，不混合就会导致疾病。因此，要精进修持狮子奋迅轮。结跏趺坐，双手堵住七窍，抬起肩膀稍微弯曲，屏住呼吸，如海浪般涌动。

Visualize being bound by various lights, gather the impacting essence in your heart. By this, those nectar bindus will not diminish, and the body's strength will increase. Practicing this method for one day can stabilize the essence for a year. Therefore, cherish the skull cup union wheel, the container for concealing nectar. Fifth, the bee with an iron beak wheel, which collects the essence of flowers, is the actual manifestation of oneself as a deity. Just as a bee comfortably sips nectar from a flower, focus the mind on the consort, and with the desire for the simultaneous increase of the four joys and bliss, assume the vajra posture. Extend both hands straight in front of the eyes, direct the sun and moon towards the sky, raise the thumbs upwards, bring the snake nest as close to the rock as possible, inhale strongly from above and draw air from below, tighten the anus and curl the toes. Visualize the duct of the dhūti channel, like drawing water with a bamboo tube, absorb the essence of the mudra like milk, inhale it and send it to (ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思： 吽), gradually ignite each chakra in turn. The merit of drawing out the red essence cannot be described even by a vajra tongue. Sixth, essence Deeply drawing, the sun and moon reversing wheel, although it can hold the white and red essence, if the path of the sun and moon's movement is not reversed from the path of Rahu, it is like obtaining a precious jewel but not offering it at the top of a victory banner, it is difficult to generate the qualities of desire. Therefore, through the sun and moon reversal, this wheel is extremely precious. Extend both legs together, stretch both hands forcefully, push the palms behind, lower the head and stretch the entire body, direct the great planet towards the castle, raise the thumbs upwards, pull the lower door towards the upper door, the ocean approaches Mount Meru. Visualize all the essence of the sun and moon, merging into the six bindus between the eyebrows, perform seven strong external retentions, and the essence will surely flow smoothly. The benefit is like a precious jewel, like wishes being fulfilled, all needs are accomplished. This is the sun and moon reversing wheel. Seventh, mix the light of the sun and moon, the ocean wave wheel, after obtaining the essence of the sun and moon from others, if it is not mixed with one's own essence, not mixing will lead to illness. Therefore, one should diligently practice the lion's play wheel. Sit in vajra posture, block the seven orifices with both hands, raise the shoulders slightly and bend slightly, hold the breath, and move like ocean waves.

Pull the navel upwards and throw it downwards, repeat with intervals of nine times; circle the abdomen seven times to the left and seven times to the right, thereby blending the radiance of the sun and moon. If the merits were to be described, they are beyond comprehension, like the wheel of ocean waves churning. The subsequent wheel abides in the heart, holding the breath, rotating the abdomen, and twisting the torso; rotate the head and pull upwards three times; extend and contract the hands vigorously three times; likewise, after extending and contracting the feet, forcefully lower them three times and place the back flat. Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Oath), Gya Gya Gya (藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). May it be auspicious that the one like me, Rainbow Heart Essence, found it at Dorje Yongdzong! May there be auspiciousness! From the Secret Treasury of Channels, Winds, and Dakinis, there is an iron hook to summon those with names. Homage to Vajravarahi, who subdues all! This iron hook to summon those with names has three aspects: substance, practice, and release. The first is: after the seven secret substances have been well crushed, place them in a copper vessel covered with red silk. The second is the practice: generate yourself as red Hayagriva, holding an iron hook in the right hand and a noose in the left. From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at your heart, radiate immeasurable red light, entering the secret place of the object to be focused on, intensely arousing desire in the mind and intoxicating it. The light then gathers again, like flies gathering on rotten meat; contemplate that they gather under my control.
