Gently inhale. When the breath is full, mix it with a drop of saliva and press down firmly. If you don't do this, there will be the following faults: For example, just as a bellows cannot ignite if its nozzle does not touch the fire, even if the body's vessel is filled with breath, intermediate heat will not arise if it is not focused on "A-sha" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning). The benefit is: the bliss-heat of breath and awareness focused below the navel will quickly ignite. The practice of filling is: having fully drawn in the breath, like pressing a bellows, press firmly below the navel and contract the lower breath. Moreover, since the upper and lower breaths are not in harmony in terms of hot and cold, if you inhale before you are slightly accustomed, there will be obstacles and rising breath. Therefore, press down the upper breath and leave the lower breath in its natural state. If a temperature that can withstand hot water arises, bind the breaths together. Its benefit is: all the breaths of the channels and limbs will enter the essential points, and the heat of bliss and emptiness, free from leakage, will blaze. The practice of dissolving is: if you cannot endure the breath and accumulate small inhalations, gently dissolve each one in the three places of right, left, and center. If you don't do this, it is like medicine turning into poison, it will harm the body. Therefore, do not dissolve before it is ripe; dissolving after it is ripe is very important. The benefit is that the channel openings will open, the channel knots will be untied, and all the qualities of abandonment and realization will arise in the continuum. The practice of projecting is: project all the remaining breath outward as much as possible, and focus awareness below the navel. If pressing outward is unbearable, and the head trembles, making a "phri li li" sound, inhale slowly inward. If it is not like this, the breath and awareness will burst out and become a fault. Its benefit is: because the clear breath of wisdom remains unwavering, it will increase and stabilize the life of yoga. In short, when the breath enters, inhale slowly like a strong man bending a bow; when it abides, like a dam builder building a dam, firmly build it below the navel; when exhaling, like a strong man shooting an arrow, shoot it out with force. The benefits of vase breath are: First, the first knot of the central channel is untied, and the first benefit of the place where the breath enters arises; there, the second benefit of the place where breath and mind abide arises; abiding there, breath and mind merge, and the third benefit arises; the aggregates of grasping and being grasped are purified like space, and the fourth benefit arises; the benefit of wisdom

All will increase and the qualities of the fifth bhumi will arise. Thus, by practicing with one-pointedness, all the qualities up to the tenth bhumi will increase like the waxing moon. Regarding this great vase, there are many different views, but generally, one sits in the vajra posture, holds the breath, touches the knees and forehead with the hands, and then strikes the cymbals, which counts as one. Being able to sustain one hundred and eight times is the great vase, seventy-two times is the medium vase, and thirty-six times is the small vase. Fourth, when the skill becomes greater, one should train in the fierce wind. The key to the body is to squat, cross the legs, and hold the big toes tightly with the hands crossed, and maintain the six body postures. Visualize the emptiness of inner and outer, along with the fire. At the meeting point of the three secret channels, visualize a four-finger-wide flame of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Curl the fingers into a half-fist and perform eight wind breaths. Then, with ten wind breaths, protect the Joy Wheel; with ten wind breaths, protect the Emanation Wheel; with ten wind breaths, protect the Dharma Wheel; with ten wind breaths, protect the Enjoyment Wheel; with ten wind breaths, protect the Great Bliss Wheel, filling it with fire. Starting from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, with ten wind breaths, dissolve the bindus in large quantities, filling the channel wheel at the crown of the head. Then, sixteen bindus descend from the crown of the head to the throat, therefore, focus the mind on the joy of descending, and perform ten wind breaths. Eight bindus descend from the throat to the heart, therefore, focus the mind on the joy of supreme joy, and perform ten wind breaths. Four bindus descend from the heart to the navel, therefore, focus the mind on the joy of special joy, and perform ten wind breaths. Two bindus descend from the navel to the secret place, therefore, focus the mind on the joy of innate joy, and perform ten wind breaths. Thus, in one session, a total of one hundred and eight wind breaths are performed. At that time, visualize the entire body filled with the nectar of bodhicitta, like wool soaked in oil, or a leather bag filled with butter, giving rise to warmth and joy. Moreover, until the subsequent heat signs have arisen, do not move the flame upwards beyond the navel. Until the preceding generation stage is clear, do not proceed to the subsequent practice. Even when igniting the flame, if the flame extends beyond four fingers in length, obstacles will arise and the qualities will diminish. Thus, train in the common four sessions and shake the body vigorously. Shake. The benefits of this practice are: the body is comfortable, as swift as the wind, diseases are rare, and life is long. For example: in the early morning, practice one session of the fierce vase wind.
