Sel! I pray to the body of the root guru. From the invisible realm, compassion shines forth with light. Bless me, the practitioner, with empowerment. May I realize the unborn Bonku of my own mind, and may I be able to accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings. Thus, it is said. Please bestow the empowerment of the body upon my body! Oṃ! (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡) Please bestow the empowerment of speech upon my speech! Āḥ! (Tibetan: ཨཱ༔,Sanskrit Devanagari: आ,Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ,Literal Chinese meaning: 啊) Please bestow the empowerment of mind upon my mind! Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हु,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) As it is said, from the three places and three syllables of the guru, rays of white, red, and blue light shine upon me, dissolving into the three places. Think that you have received the empowerment and accomplishment of body, speech, and mind. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ आ हु,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡啊吽) Recite the three syllables a hundred thousand times. Then, after bathing, and when auspicious signs such as the rising of the sun and moon appear, visualize that the guru dissolves into the crown of your head, and that you and the guru become inseparable. Rest in this great, unfabricated equality. Second, in terms of practice, there are two aspects: the meditation on the wheel of body and speech, and the stages of practice. The first is the order of contemplation: From the fundamental, unfabricated great equality, all sentient beings of the three realms wander in samsara, how pitiful! In this state of unbearable compassion, spontaneous awareness arises as the three syllables. From this, a fire blazes, burning the outer container, inner contents, and body. The outer container is purified and becomes a celestial palace. The body is purified, and on top of the sun, moon, lotus, and eight intertwined lions, the body is Kula Chenpo, the speech is Tshewang, and the mind is the essence of Padmasambhava. With three faces, the right is white and peaceful, the left is red and smiling, and the center is blue and wrathful. The hair is greenish-blue, adorned with a precious crown. The body is blue, adorned with six bone ornaments. The first two of the six hands are at the crown of the head, holding the sun and moon in a way that combines skillful means and wisdom. The middle two hands embrace the consort in a way that combines appearance and emptiness, holding a dhāru and a khrilo. The last two hands hold a vajra and a skull cup filled with nectar, symbolizing the inseparability of samsara and nirvana, in a confident and proud manner. The two feet are in the lotus posture, on the lap adorned with flowing silk and ornaments. The consort is Chakchyam Gyasdenma, with one face and two hands holding a curved knife and a skull cup, embracing the father. The root face and the face of the deity are facing each other, kissing the tongue. The body color is
