From Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) emanate rays like iron hooks, visualizing that from the supreme place of spontaneously accomplished nature, the palace of Akanishtha Dharmadhatu, the Malaya blazing iron mountain, the eight great charnel grounds, and other places of natural abode, the glorious protector, the lord of the well-endowed assembly, along with his retinue, descends in the sky before you like a mass of clouds. Bind the iron hook mudra, and recite: Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ Phat. Oṃ Bhurkur Mahākāla Samaya Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Aṅkuśa Jaḥ Jaḥ. And: Hūṃ. In the towns of the land of Lanka, The central mountain of Malaya, Koka red beach by the sea, At the summit of fierce power, The great glorious Vajra Rakshasa, Having subdued the hosts of demons, When turning the wheel of secret mantra, Having been empowered by name and promised as servants, Vajra Vetala, lord of the charnel ground assembly, The great black protector, And the attendant Krodheśvarī, The retinue of inseparable father and mother, The lord of Lanka and others, The hosts of maids and female servants, The yogis of the great gathering, Men and women, along with their retinues, For the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings, I invite you to come to this place. Increase the well-being and happiness of sentient beings. Be the companion of yogis. Accomplish the activities of mantra holders. Subdue hateful enemies. Destroy harmful obstacles. Especially, pacify the outer, inner, and secret obstacles of those gathered here with vows. Increase favorable conditions, and may all the wished-for goodness increase and expand. May all supreme and common siddhis be quickly accomplished. Accomplish this activity! Thus, entrust the responsibility of the vow. Commander of the armies of gods, Lord of the assembly, Perfect Black One, greatly powerful, Lord of the charnel ground, liberating Vajra, I prostrate to you with your retinue! Ati pū hoḥ. In this three thousand world system or other three thousand world systems, garlands of flowers and other precious things, radishes, turnips, and other wish-fulfilling foods, land-born, water-born, and other resources for enjoyment, immortal nectar and other vow substances, gugul, great fat, and other clouds of incense, pure butter lamps and other supreme illuminations, pure offerings, food, drink, and various enjoyments, may the Lord of the Assembly be pleased by the three levels of offerings! Oṃ śrī mahākāla gaṇapati saparivāra puṣpe. Dhūpe. Āloke. Gandhe. Naivedyā. Śabda pūja hoḥ. Vajrarūpa śabda gandhe rasa sparśe pūja hūṃ. Thus, after making general offerings, make special offerings. At the end of the words of the offering ritual for the three—medicine offering, rakta offering, and torma—taken from other sources of the same lineage, attach the name mantra. Mahāpañca amṛta kha raṃ khāhi. Mahārakta kha raṃ khāhi. Mahābaliṃta kha raṃ khāhi. Thus, offer the three—medicine offering, rakta offering, and torma—each with its respective mantra attached. Specifically, if you sprinkle rakta on the torma and intend to hook, merge, increase, or gather, then recite: Nṛti vajra aṃkuśa jaḥ Jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ. Thus. Sprinkle inner offering and increase the flesh, blood, and nectar with Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Hūṃ! Supreme protector of the glory of all yogis, Mahākāla, possessor of great power, austere Black One, please listen! Perfect Black One, fierce and unyielding, accept the offering of red flesh and blood. Abiding in your own kingdom, defeating the armies of others, enemies and obstructors subdued by curses, enjoy, consider, Lord of the Vow! Your vow, the time has come!
