头颅干枯之冠冕与项链，人皮披肩虹彩为上衣，虎皮裙裳垂荡。以五印庄严，左伸展之舞姿，嬉戏于尸座之上。眷属为化身之三类母，合、度、断命之三金刚橛，五智慧母，十四主母，五十八药母等，为不可思议之世间母众所围绕。母前，由（བྷྱོ，bhyaḥ，bhyaḥ，怖）字所化之屠夫诛杀者，黑母凶猛且忿怒，右手挥舞锋利弯刀，左手吞噬仇敌之心肝。人皮为衣，颅骨蛇饰庄严，骑乘世间黑风。右侧为豺狼面者，左侧为狐狸面者，前方为猫头鹰面者等，为食肉者与母众百万军团所围绕。母之右侧，由（ཏྲི་，triḥ，triḥ，谛）字所化之曜魔罗睺罗，青黑色，九头，四臂之前二臂持摩羯鱼旗与蛇索，下二臂以弓箭刺穿仇敌之心。身皆布满眼睛，下半身盘绕为蛇。具有尸陀林之可怖装束，为曜与面母星宿等，可怖傲慢众所围绕。母之背后，由（ཀྵ，kṣaḥ，kṣaḥ，啥）字所化之夜叉屠夫，红黑色，一面四臂，右二持弯刀与宝剑，左二持颅碗与蛇索。具红色绸缎披风与尸陀林之装束，骑乘迦楼罗，为使者仆役八部等食肉屠夫众所围绕。母之左侧，由（ཏྲི་，triḥ，triḥ，谛）字所化之殊胜金刚善，红色，右手金刚杵刺穿仇敌头颅，左手持人心，具白色绸缎披风与威严之装束，骑乘蓝色山羊。眷属为四大金刚橛，三百六十位天、赞、魔之善友，十二欢喜母，食肉獠牙者等，为傲慢众所围绕。此外，外围环境为由智慧与业所成之傲慢男系、女系、使者、仆役等不可思议之众所围绕。一切皆持恐怖凶猛之身相，事业随欲而变，以如意宝般成办修行者之希愿而安住。一切之额间为（ཨཱོྃ，oṃ，oṃ，嗡），喉间为（ཨཱཿ，āḥ，āḥ，啊），心间为ཧཱུྃ།

Adorned with a crown and necklace of dry skulls, with a human skin shawl and rainbow clouds as upper garments, and a tiger skin loincloth hanging down. Embellished with the five mudras, dancing in a posture of extending the left leg, enjoying upon a corpse seat. Surrounded by an inconceivable host of worldly mothers, including the three kinds of emanation mothers, the three Kīlas of union, liberation, and severing life, the five wisdom mothers, the fourteen chief mothers, and the fifty-eight medicinal mothers. In front of the mother, from (བྷྱོ, bhyaḥ, bhyaḥ, Fear!) appears the butcher, the black one who accomplishes life-severing, fierce and wrathful. The right hand brandishes a sharp chopper, while the left devours the enemy's heart and lungs. Adorned with human skin garments, skull ornaments, and snakes, riding the black wind of existence. To the right is the jackal-faced one, to the left is the fox-faced one, and in front is the owl-faced one, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of flesh-eaters and mothers. To the right of the mother, from (ཏྲི་, triḥ, triḥ, Thrice!) appears the planet demon Rāhula, dark bluish-black, with nine heads. The first two of his four arms hold a makara banner and a snake lasso, while the lower two pierce the enemy's heart with a bow and arrow. His entire body is covered with eyes, and his lower body is coiled into a snake. He is adorned with terrifying charnel ground ornaments, surrounded by a terrifying host of planets, face-mothers, and stars. Behind the mother, from (ཀྵ, kṣaḥ, kṣaḥ, What!) appears the yaksha butcher, red-black in color, with one face and four arms. The two right hands hold a curved knife and a sword, while the two left hands hold a skull cup and a snake lasso. He wears a red silk cloak and charnel ground ornaments, riding a garuda, surrounded by a host of flesh-eating butchers, including the eight classes of messenger servants. To the left of the mother, from (ཏྲི་, triḥ, triḥ, Thrice!) appears the supreme being Vajra Lekpa, red in color. His right hand pierces the enemy's head with a vajra, while his left holds a human heart. He wears a white silk cloak and majestic ornaments, riding a blue wild yak. His retinue includes the four great Kīlas, three hundred and sixty benevolent friends of gods, tsens, and demons, twelve joyful mothers, flesh-eating fanged ones, and so on, surrounded by a host of arrogant ones. Furthermore, the outer environment is surrounded by an inconceivable host of arrogant male lineages, female lineages, messengers, and servants, all born from wisdom and karma. All of them hold terrifying and fierce forms, transforming their activities according to desire, dwelling in a manner that fulfills the hopes of the practitioner like a wish-fulfilling jewel. On the forehead of all is (ཨཱོྃ, oṃ, oṃ, Om), at the throat is (ཨཱཿ, āḥ, āḥ, Ah), and at the heart is ཧཱུྃ།
