Please consider me with compassion and bestow your blessings. O assembly of goddesses born from wisdom, today, clearly reveal the phenomena of existence. Please show me the auspicious connections that I desire in my mind. Especially, beautiful blue-faced goddess, do not forget your vows! By saying this and rolling the dice, Six good, five heavy, four medium, Three friends, two bad, one quick. Six victory, five loss, four equal, Three life, two death, one immediate. Six accomplished, five difficult, four delayed, If you strive for three, your wishes will be fulfilled. Two appear meaningless, but for one, Great things are delayed, small things are quickly accomplished. Whether there is deception or not is clear from the dice. Many black ones are bad, equal is medium, Few is good, that is the truth. From one to nine, The gods, demons, shadows, and victories will come. Oaths, curses, planets, nagas, curses, harm, Likewise, some arguments over food and drink, Losing hats and shoes, bad for pack animals, People arguing, sickness, enemies appearing, Things not being accomplished, etc., judge with intelligence. If all are black, it is very bad, Great events will occur that cannot be reversed. If all are white, it is very good, Good deeds will be accomplished as desired. This is the common auspicious connection, Especially for the yogi who keeps vows, Always diligently offering medicine and worship, At the moment of reciting the above knowledge, Clear awareness will arise in the mind, And what is said will be true and unfailing. Write this with gold ink on blue paper, make many paper rolls, bind them with the hair of horses, cattle, and other livestock, visualize them as goddesses and dissolve them, and hide them in an auspicious place along with durva grass. Then the prosperity and auspiciousness of four-legged livestock will increase. Samaya! Relying on the worldly mother goddess to cut off great epidemics: Inside a qualified skull cup, place the five meats, the five amritas, and various medicines such as the six excellences. Especially include white sandalwood, musk, gentian, calamus, black guggul, utpala, white sandalwood, etc., mixed with pure, unadulterated beer. On top of that, smear a clear mirror with vermilion, and in the center write HRIIH (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and around it write: HARI NISA SARVA MAMA BHYO HRING DZA BISHUDDHE SVAHA (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Cover it with a silk tent, and arrange an extensive tsok and torma offering. Straighten the lineage of the three roots, and in front, on top of the amrita mandala, generate the five great medicinal sisters and the worldly mother goddess with their retinue. Perform extensive offerings, praises, and confessions. Especially purify the broken vows: From your own heart, radiate light, touching the essence of the bhanta amrita residing in the wind-fire skull cup. The wind stirs, the fire blazes, and the substance melts, transforming into impure vapor. The pure wisdom amrita, possessing color, smell, taste, and power, condenses into a drop of great bliss. From that flows the clear essence of medicine, gathering like clouds in the sky above. The five great medicinal sisters and the hosts of worldly mother goddesses enter into their mouths and dissolve into their bodies, the enjoyment of the senses becomes joyful. The stains and impurities of broken vows and transgressions are purified, and they are greatly pleased with uncontaminated bliss. With the light of great joy, touching the vessel purifies the broken vows, touching the essence heals the epidemics, and dissolving into the amrita, all diseases are considered the supreme medicine for elimination.
