今唯依供养，吽 བྱོ༔ 外如守护藏地之主，魔与夜叉明母众，缘起年月时节界，示现坚母大天女之相，内有十二迁变之，脉与风和明点聚，于金刚身之坛城中，本初圆满大成就。义为无明等等之，错乱顺逆光明界， 真谛十二支分之，觉性大智慧显现。是故不可思议之，有法法性真谛与，因果缘起不虚力，于此誓言秘密坛城中，守护藏地坚母大天女众，各自眷属化身俱，从自处所速降临，为作事业而欢喜住。显有基起供养云，以大乐金刚之受用，圆满意誓忏悔诸违犯，赐予四种事业之成就。吽 བྱོ༔ 往昔大吉祥饮血尊与，法界空行狮面母，交付难违金刚之重任，忆念受誓之此时。中间于四茹之边境与，卡拉绒门之诸处所，于我莲花颅鬘者，作借誓之事业。最后莲花之明咒续，恒常供养承侍之，业之果报今成办，莫散乱嘛摩坚母众，增益意誓威力与军力，守护藏地四茹之边地，遮止罗刹暴恶之损害，器情衰损还复于法界。 增上雪域教众之妙善，瑜伽我等施主之，守护眷属遣除诸违缘，成办一切诸所愿。护持法轮寺庙寂静处，增长僧团二众之权势，以及具法政教君臣民，心之所愿皆成就，增上利乐一切诸欲求。作为瑜伽士秘密之友伴，解开脉风明点之结缚，现证乐空智慧之后，促成成就真谛之缘起。总而言之心中一切所欲，无碍迅速成办祈垂赐。如是念诵献供奏乐，呼唤天神得胜作庆宴，如是时时常精进，藏地总和个别

Now rely solely on offerings, Hūṃ Bhyo! Outwardly, as the chief protectors of the Tibetan realm, the classes of demons, yakṣas, and mamo goddesses, the interdependent years, months, times, and elemental realms, appear as the great steadfast goddesses. Inwardly, the twelve transformations, the gatherings of channels, winds, and bindus, are perfectly complete from the beginning as the great accomplishment in the maṇḍala of the vajra body. In terms of meaning, the delusions of ignorance and so forth, the reversed flow of luminosity, the expanse of reality, The twelve branches of true reality, the great wisdom of awareness, arise. Therefore, by the inconceivable power of phenomena, suchness, truth, and the unfailing strength of cause and effect and interdependent origination, in this maṇḍala of secret samaya, the assembly of great steadfast goddesses who protect Tibet, together with their retinues and emanations, swiftly come from your respective abodes and joyfully abide to accomplish activities. Clouds of offerings are erected as the basis of existence and appearance, fulfilling your heart's commitments and confessing transgressions with the enjoyment of great bliss vajra, bestowing the accomplishments of the four activities. Hūṃ Bhyo! In the past, the great glorious blood-drinking one and the ḍākinī Siṃhamukhā of the expanse entrusted the unbreakable vajra commitment, remember the time of that vow. In the intermediate time, at the borders of the four regions and at the places of Khala Ronggo, accomplish the activities of the borrowed vow to me, Padmā Thötreng. Finally, by the mantra lineage of Padmā, constantly making offerings and serving, may the fruits of those actions be realized today. Do not be distracted, mamos and steadfast goddesses, increase the power, strength, and army of your heart's commitment, protect the borders of the four regions of Tibet, avert the harm of the cruel barbarians, restore the deterioration of the environment and beings to the expanse of reality. Increase the goodness of the teachings and beings of the snowy mountains, protect the retinue of the yogis, our patrons and benefactors, avert obstacles, and accomplish all wishes. Protect the Dharma wheels, monasteries, and solitary places, increase the power of the two monastic communities, and may the wishes of the minds of the Dharma-abiding kings, ministers, and subjects be fulfilled, and may all desired benefits and happiness increase. Be secret companions of the yogis, untie the knots of the channels, winds, and bindus, and having realized the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, arrange the interdependent origination of accomplishing the true meaning. In short, may all the desired things in your minds be accomplished swiftly and without obstruction. Thus, recite, offer the choicest offerings, play music, call out "Victory to the gods!" and make a celebration. In this way, always strive at all times, for Tibet in general and in particular.
