བེ་མེ་བ༔（藏文）这样用一圈来做，不要多也不要少。在那外层：嗡 耶达玛 嘿度 扎巴瓦 嘿顿 爹香 达塔嘎多 雅瓦达 爹香匝 友尼若达 诶旺 巴迪 玛哈 扎玛纳 梭哈（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）这样写一圈，字头向外。在那外层圆圈里：阿阿，伊伊，乌乌，热热，勒勒，诶诶，喔喔，昂阿，卡卡嘎嘎昂，匝擦匝匝娘，扎塔达达纳，达塔达达纳，巴巴巴巴玛，亚ra拉哇，夏卡萨哈恰，这样写一圈。在那外层，火的图案向右旋转着画。再取一张纸，大小适中，用上面的材料在外围画一个单圈，在那上面，咒语头向外，不要超过三圈，要好好地画。不要有省略的字。克热拉瓦嘉，克热嘎摩尼，达苏摩雅，比拉萨纳，嘎ra纳给秀，匝扎扎里哈尼堪，扎达匝扎纳尼匝扬迪纳玛纳匝米尼索瓦纳南呼尔巴，扎匝扎迪ra匝吉扎吉纳扎纳德然巴如德比梅巴。佛所随说的：嗡 啦瓦迪瓦迪米嘿嘎匝瓦纳扎，嘎ra尼比多。保护持有者免受疾病、黑痘以及所有类型的黑痘！这样写。然后摆设供品和食子，中央放置护轮。自己观想为本尊，面前的虚空中，观想一位白色女神，右手拿着斩断疾病的金刚杵，左手拿着各种药物的宝瓶，迎请、供养，融入护轮中。然后用红色绸缎包裹护轮，戴在右臂上。 这样，即使黑痘进入体内，也不会死亡。如果未发生，佩戴则能预防痘疹。意义深奥！༈ 武器守护的口诀在此。口诀是：在进行的地方，不要听到人、狗等动物的声音，不要看到天空、石头、木头、铁等，以及杂物。将能容纳护轮大小的纸张事先裁剪好，用笔或绸缎等包裹，使木头的本色不显露。用口罩和指套遮盖住牙齿和指甲。使用纯正的朱砂，然后与墨水混合书写。护轮不要被他人跨越，特别是不要被狗、猫和女人无意中跨越。

What the Buddha subsequently spoke: OM LA VA TI VA TI MI HI GHA TSA VA NA TRA, KA RA NI BHI DO. Protect the holder from disease, black pox, and all types of black pox! Write like that. Then arrange offerings and tormas, and place the protection wheel in the center. Visualize yourself as the Yidam deity, and in the sky in front, visualize a white goddess, each holding a golden vajra to cut off diseases in her right hand, and a vase of various medicines in her left hand. Invite and offer, and dissolve into the protection wheel. Then wrap the protection with red silk and wear it on the right arm. In this way, even if black pox enters the body, one will not die. If it has not occurred, wearing it will prevent pox. The meaning is profound! ༈ The oral instructions for weapon protection are here. The oral instructions are: In the place where it is done, do not hear the sounds of humans, dogs, or other animals; do not see the sky, stones, wood, iron, or other debris. Cut the paper that can accommodate the wheel to size beforehand, and wrap it with a pen or silk, etc., so that the natural color of the wood is not visible. Cover the teeth and nails with a mask and finger cots. Use pure vermilion, and then write by mixing it with ink. The wheel should not be stepped over by others, especially not unintentionally by dogs, cats, and women.
