Amitabha crowns Avalokiteshvara. Yamantaka crowns the supreme body. Hayagriva crowns the supreme speech. Vajrapani crowns the supreme mind. Then, empower as the leader of all gods and humans, gather all the power of the mundane and supramundane, and visualize it as radiant. Third, prostration: From one's own heart, divide the wisdom into two, and with one part emanate countless offering goddesses. In order to protect the teachings of the Buddha, subdue the fierce demons, and grant me, the yogi, accomplishments, prostrate to the retinue led by the army of gods. Visualize the retinue prostrating to the Lord of Hosts and retinue with reverence in body, speech, and mind, and say this: Hum! Turn back the battle of the Asura armies, Grant the white breath to the divine army, To Mahakala and his retinue, Offer, praise, and prostrate. A face as clear as the light of the moon, In order to dispel the darkness of ignorance, Whatever is shown in this world, To you, Lord of Hosts, I prostrate. In order to protect the teachings of the Teacher, You are named Vajradhara, The most important of all empowerments. Homage to you, Lord of Hosts. Qualities are inconceivable and cannot be expressed. For the sake of sentient beings in ignorance, May the offering and praise please the Lord of Hosts. Lord of Hosts, Great Lord of Hosts, In the mandala where the Protector resides, Clouds of supreme offerings arise, And all those with eight qualities, May they touch your feet with their heads. Om Shri Maha Kalaya Ati Pū Hoḥ Pratīccha Hoḥ The fourth is the offering: Bless the five outer offerings with the mantra and mudra of the treasury of space. By relying on the eternal Protector and power, I offer the sustenance of life constantly. I pray that you always protect and guard me. The beautiful and sacred mandala, Flower garlands and precious umbrellas, Water for washing, incense, butter lamps, Fragrance, divine food, ointment, and clothing. Beautiful forms, melodious sounds, sweet fragrances, Tastes and soft tactile sensations, and so on. Please accept these various offerings. With compassion, consider the benefit of beings.
