In the middle: The body is fierce, the face is terrifying, possessing majesty and splendor. The right hand holds a curved knife pointing towards the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at the heart. The ornaments and attire are in accordance with the main deity. The retinue is surrounded by the Lord of the Heart Lineage and a hundred thousand black flesh-eaters. At the heart of these three, on top of a sun disc, is a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). Recite: Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śrī mahākāla hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om Shri Mahakala Hum Phat), and then rotate to the right. These main deities and retinues reside within the blazing flames of the fire at the end of an eon, with their legs in a scattering posture. Outside of that, there is a blue ten-spoked wheel. To the east is the valiant protector, with a brownish-black body, holding a lasso of sunlight in his hand. To the south is the virtuous protector, with a dark blue body, holding an eight-sided sandalwood club in a raised manner. To the west is the rock deity protector, with a reddish-black body, holding a sandalwood club in the shape of an oar. To the north is the protector Vaishravana, with a yellow body, holding a victory banner and a mongoose in his hands. To the southeast is the glorious Arya Jambhala, with a blue body, like the color of lapis lazuli, holding a mongoose and a victory banner in his hands. To the southwest is the son of the sun, Re Manta, with a yellowish-black body, holding a burning arrow in his hand. To the northwest is the Great Black One, Shavari, with a green body, a terrifying form, holding a peacock victory banner aloft. To the northeast is Vairochana, adorned with a crown, with a white body, radiating light, holding a white arrow in his hand. To the upper east is the protector of the upper direction, with a conch-shell hairstyle, brandishing an iron sword in his hand. To the lower west is the protector of the lower direction, Raksha Shriya Betali, with a black body, holding an iron trident aloft. All of them possess their respective ornaments and attire, and have their own sons, consorts, attendants, and retinues. Outside of that, there is a blue eight-spoked wheel. To the east is the chief of the worldly gods, with a white body, wearing a white silk robe. The right hand holds aloft a sword of wisdom, and the left hand holds a white silk spear. He rides upon a white divine yak. He is surrounded by a retinue of hundreds of thousands of heavenly soldiers. To the south is Yama, the Lord of Death, with a black body, wearing a tiger skin. The right hand holds a club, and the left hand holds a skull-topped staff. He rides upon a blue buffalo.

Outside of that, the four borders are surrounded by a billion divine soldiers. All are adorned with armor and weapons on their bodies. Outside of that, the army of enemy gods surrounds them in an inconceivable number. At the four gates are the Four Great Kings, all holding iron hooks, ropes, iron chains, and bells in their right hands. All their left hands hold their respective emblems. On the first level of Mount Meru's east side are the armies of the Gandharvas. On the first level of the south side are the armies of the Lords of Death. On the first level of the west side are the armies of the Water Gods. On the first level of the north side are the armies of the Yakshas. On the four intermediate levels are the seventy Glorious Protectors, and so on.
