嗡阿吽 哈哈 舍以加持。心咒之后：伊当巴林达 卡卡卡嘿 卡嘿。芒萨拉 卡嘿。RA嘎达 卡嘿。则达拉 卡嘿。郭若匝那拉 卡嘿。班匝阿木日达拉 卡嘿。如是念诵三遍而供养。供养是：吽！黑大怙主及眷属，我今作此供养是，诛杀所有诸怨敌，血之阿康大供养，五根之花作供养，骨髓脑髓混合之香，明亮油脂之灯供养，金刚自生之水供养，五种大肉之食品供养，腿骨号筒颅骨鼓之妙音，实际陈设意幻化，充满虚空而供养，供养怙主及眷属。其他供养是，谷物精华千倍之糖，八万药草千倍之甘露药，诛杀怨敌二者之，心肝血肉朵玛陈设。如是命根鲜血流，本达柳条鲜血满，无上之此供养，供养怙主及眷属，祈请享用为顺缘。此外其他供养之物，净地幡旗伞盖等，生肉烂肉心串悬，各种骨骸堆如山，血肉熏香不间断，各种严饰之供养，供养怙主及眷属，以誓言力享用后，息增怀诛与事业，祈请成办所托诸事业。赞颂是：事业怙主玛哈嘎拉者，乃是守护千佛之教者，乃是降伏上师殊胜之身敌者，时之化身者，向您敬礼赞叹。享用此供施朵玛等，以祈请托付事业。朵玛仪轨单独之时，此后作结行仪轨。第三朵玛之加持是，朵玛供养赞颂托付事业等圆满后，给与弟子沐浴。生起次第明观后，彼亦是吉祥秘密主与大悲尊二者于大尸陀林寒林中商议，如是智慧根本怙主于傲慢者八部恶毒者一切降伏为教令之眷属而作教令，如是摄受所有傲慢者之时，未入誓言之阎罗鬼神男女二

Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hrih, bless with this. At the end of the heart mantra: Idam balimta kha kha khahi khahi. Mamsa la khahi. Rakta la khahi. Citta la khahi. Gorocana la khahi. Panca amrita la khahi. May it be the great red blood argham that slays all enemies and obstructors, the flowers of the five senses, the incense mixed with bones, marrow, and brains, the bright butter lamp, the vajra-born scented water, and the food of the five great meats. The pleasant sound of the thighbone flute and skull drum, filling the sky with actual and mentally created offerings, I offer to the protector and his retinue. Furthermore, the offerings are: a thousandfold mixture of grain essence and jaggery, a thousandfold elixir medicine of eighty thousand roots, a great torma of heart, liver, flesh, and bones that slays both enemies and obstructors. Likewise, a stream of life-sustaining blood, a bhanda willow branch filled with blood. This unsurpassed offering, I offer to the protector and his retinue. Please accept it as a harmonious substance. Other than that, a collection of offerings, such as banners, canopies, and umbrellas from pure lands, fresh intestines, decaying flesh, and heart garlands hanging, various skeletons piled up like mountains, and the uninterrupted offering of meat, blood, and fragrant smoke. This offering of various ornaments, I offer to the protector and his retinue. Having accepted it by the power of your vows, accomplish the entrusted activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful actions. The praise is: Protector of action, Mahakala, protector of the teachings of a thousand Buddhas, subduer of the enemies of the holy guru, embodiment of time, I prostrate and praise you. Accept this offering and torma, etc., and entrust the activities. In the case of a simple torma ritual, perform the concluding ritual at this point. The third is the blessing of the torma: after the torma offering, praise, and entrusting of activities are completed, bathe the disciple. 为了调伏四者，观世音自在于东北邬仗拉尸林的有毒大森林中，于莲花王交合之中，示现从心中化生的形象，因此蒙巴童子或者名为扎恰（Trakshad）魔王，对于所有凶猛残暴之徒，没有一个不能被他调伏，成为赐予所有智慧怙主事业能力的大怙主。这位的化身是大师降伏一切魔众扎恰（Trakshad）野牛面者，此等的口诀也从达那桑斯克里塔（梵文天城体：dhana saṃskṛta，梵文罗马拟音：dhana saṃskṛta，汉语字面意思：财增）次第相传，掘千桑结益西埋藏为伏藏，嘉香仲取出后传给格西铁唐巴。无等达波仁波切也在黑海坛城中埋藏为伏藏，由卓衮东措惹巴取出，传承未断，进行朵玛灌顶等。 念诵后，开始献曼茶罗。念诵此祈请文。上师金刚持，以及具德怙主眷属等，为了调伏凶猛者，请加持我。如是祈请三次。之后如此观想。朵玛器皿法源三角形人尸等如上文之生起次第所说。骑乘黑骡子，白蹄，明观誓言智慧二无别，其降临于你们的头顶。其头顶上，诸位大天吉祥光辉根本传承上师众也安住并加持，如此信解。手持面前的红朵玛。诸佛皆以，身语意加持，成就二种悉地之所，赐予朵玛大灌顶。大黑怙主调伏魔众傲慢自在，降伏一切凶猛残暴者，事业怙主扎恰（Trakshad）野牛面者。薄伽梵秘密主，上师达那桑斯克里塔（梵文天城体：dhana saṃskṛta，梵文罗马拟音：dhana saṃskṛta，汉语字面意思：财增）等，请如意赐予。中间如剃刀一声时念诵，并摇动铃铛。朵玛置于头顶并交于手中。如是命令后，从怙主身中，生起坚固的傲慢。之间吉祥。
