从……起八大夜叉，四大天王与十方守护，显有神怪八部众，行事君王四大威，所有神鬼之众无遗，我今供养作此供：五宝所成须弥山，陈设相应诸誓物，五欲妙饰以庄严，受用种种如云布，陈设所有圆满物，为圆满严厉之誓愿：伞与胜幢幡旗等，虚空矛与箭投等，黑牦牛与黑鸟羊等，供养护法眷属众，祈愿身之誓愿得圆满！鼓与海螺钹铙等，琵琶笛子颅骨鼓声，长号铙钹等等声响，供养护法眷属众，祈愿功德誓愿得圆满！汉地香藏地香大熏香，白香烟雾等等供养，供养护法眷属众，祈愿事业誓愿得圆满！白食子红食子甘露及，朵玛肉类心类与，谷药金酒等等供养，供养护法眷属众，祈愿语之誓愿得圆满！从离戏智慧清净中，以方便手印随意化现，虽现化身然乃法性界，无二供养供于意，祈愿眷属誓愿得圆满！为摧毁敌军魔军之故，以种种黑色誓物，圆满吉祥怙主之誓愿，为摄伏欲界之故，以麝香心等誓物，圆满吉祥天母之誓愿，为听命于大黑天之故，以野猪心等，时夜黑天之 誓愿……为身语意所化现之故，以血肉朵玛等，门巴三尊之誓愿……为降敌瘟疫之故，以种种肉类心类等，母曜众之誓愿……为摧毁非天军队之故，以神牦牛白食子等，八大天神之誓愿……为将敌军钉于血书之故，以生山羊红食子等，八大阎罗之誓愿……为降敌魔军之故，以鹿肉黑羊等，男魔众之誓愿……为现前断敌命之故，以血肉虎豹等，北方夜叉之誓愿……方

From... the eight Yakshas, the four Great Kings and the ten Direction Guardians, the visible and existent gods, demons, and eight classes, the four powerful acting kings, all the assemblies of gods and spirits without exception, I offer this offering: On Mount Meru made of five precious substances, arrange various harmonious samaya substances, adorned with the ornaments of the five desires, various enjoyments like clouds, having arranged all the fulfilling samaya substances, to fulfill the fierce samaya: umbrellas and victory banners, flags and streamers, sky spears and arrow throws, black yaks, black birds, sheep, etc., offer to the Dharma protectors and their retinues, may the samaya of the body be fulfilled! Drums, conches, cymbals, lutes, flutes, skull drum sounds, long horns, cymbals, etc., offer to the Dharma protectors and their retinues, may the samaya of merit be fulfilled! Chinese incense, Tibetan incense, great incense, white incense smoke, etc., offer to the Dharma protectors and their retinues, may the samaya of activity be fulfilled! White torma, red torma, nectar, offerings, meat, heart, grain medicine, golden liquor, etc., offer to the Dharma protectors and their retinues, may the samaya of speech be fulfilled! From the purity of wisdom free from elaboration, with skillful mudras, whatever is emanated, although emanations appear, they are the realm of Dharma nature, non-dual offerings offered to the mind, may the samaya of the retinue be fulfilled! For the sake of destroying the enemy army and the demon army, with various black samaya substances, fulfill the samaya of the glorious Protector, for the sake of subduing the desire realm, with samaya substances such as musk deer heart, fulfill the samaya of the glorious Goddess, for the sake of obeying the Great Black One, with wild boar heart, etc., the samaya of the Black One of the Night... for the sake of emanating from body, speech, and mind, with flesh, blood, torma, etc., the samaya of the three Monpa... for the sake of inflicting plague on the enemy, with various meats, hearts, etc., the samaya of the assembly of Mothers... for the sake of destroying the army of Asuras, with divine yak, white torma, etc., the samaya of the eight Great Gods... for the sake of nailing the enemy army to the blood letter, with raw goat, red torma, etc., the samaya of the eight Yamarajas... for the sake of inflicting the demon army on the enemy, with deer meat, black sheep, etc., the samaya of the male demons... for the sake of manifestly cutting the enemy's life, with flesh, blood, tiger, leopard, etc., the samaya of the Northern Yaksha...
