Having promised to practice the yoga of the four sessions, I confess being distracted by ordinary activities. Having promised to urge on the lineage of the Sugatas, I confess speaking meaningless and frivolous words. Having promised to meditate on aimless wisdom, I confess being under the power of the three poisons of thought. Having promised to establish outer, inner, and secret supports, I confess that the necessary samaya substances are incomplete.
