May the Dharma's patrons, the Dharma-protecting kings, have prosperous rule and benefit the teachings! May the Dharma's supporters, the royal ministers, have increasing wisdom and be endowed with abilities! May the Dharma's providers, the wealthy householders, have abundant resources and be free from harm! May all the vast lands that believe in the Dharma be filled with happiness and have their obstacles pacified! May the yogis who abide on the path maintain their vows and accomplish their aspirations! May all who are connected to me by good or bad karma be cared for by the Victorious Ones in the short and long term! May all beings enter the gate of the unsurpassed vehicle and attain the great kingdom of Samantabhadra! Thus, this blessed Vajra speech of Orgyen Rinpoche should be recited three times or as many times as possible with one-pointed devotion. If one is inclined, one may also recite other extensive aspiration prayers. Secondly, the ritual of offering the three outer mandalas to the Holy Mother is as follows: As it says in the text: Then in front, generate the Holy Mother and retinue, invite and absorb them, empower, offer, and praise especially. The Twenty-One Taras are to be prostrated to, repeated two, three, or seven times, and the mandala is to be offered again. Recite the mantra and stimulate the mind-stream. As it is said, do this three times. The first mandala is for approaching, the second for accomplishing, and the third for engaging in activities in a proper manner. The first has three parts: gathering the field of merit and making general offerings and praises; specifically, making prostrations and offerings and stimulating the commitment through recitation; and finally, making supplications for the desired purpose. The first is: purify the support in front. From emptiness, on the base in front, in the center of a white lotus and full moon, the green light of the TAM (藏文,梵文天城体,त,ta,) syllable, the holy offerings remove all obstacles for beings, and again Gathered in an instant, complete in mindfulness, in the center is the green Holy Tara, one face and two hands, peaceful and smiling, the right hand making the gesture of supreme giving, the left hand giving refuge and holding an উৎপল utpala flower, adorned with silk and precious jewels, relying on the backdrop of the moon, the expanse of appearance and emptiness interwoven with five lights, seated with two feet in the half-lotus posture, from her body emanate Holy Mothers identical to herself, filling the sky, temporarily and ultimately saving beings from all fears, the three places marked with the three Vajra syllables, surrounded by twenty lotus petals, counting from the front.
