May you aspire to attain the supreme accomplishment! Holding the bell in your left hand, ring it and then rest it on your hip. This is the wisdom speech inseparable from all Buddhas. By the bell's empowerment of speech, may the sound of the Dharma be proclaimed. Root mantra: Vāka Gaṇḍe Abhiṣiñca Mi. (Tibetan: ཝཱ་ཀ་གཎྜེ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वाक घंटे अभिषिञ्चामि, Sanskrit Romanization: vāka gaṇṭhe abhiṣiñcāmi, Literal Chinese meaning: Speech Bell I empower.) As a symbol of the manifestation of the samaya of the wisdom vajra body inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, hold it crossed at your heart. Visualize that the empowerment deities filling the sky are bestowing the empowerment of the vajra name. The master crosses the vajra and bell, holds them on his head, and rings them. This is the wisdom body inseparable from all Buddhas. By the empowerment of the vajra name, may your name pervade the three realms. Root mantra: Kāya Nāma Abhiṣiñca Mi. May the five aggregates be transformed into the five wisdoms. You have the power to accomplish the activities and siddhis of the five families of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. By these four mudras, they are absorbed into you, making samaya and wisdom inseparable, becoming the master of all families, the venerable and blessed mother. In order to complete all the empowerments of the third yoga tantra and the fourth unsurpassed mahayoga, the auspicious and victorious vase is again used for empowerment. By this, you have the power to accomplish all the activities and deeds of the vajra master, such as the ten aspects. Aspire to be enthroned on the lion throne of the Dharma king of the three realms! The victorious vase is used to empower again. The empowerment is the great vajra, revered by all three realms. It bestows what arises from the secret three places of all Buddhas. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Kāya Vāka Citta Abhiṣeka Te Samaya Śrī Ye Hūṃ! Thus, the stream of empowerment water fills the inside of the body, purifying the seeds of the four obscurations along with their habitual tendencies. The remaining water swirls upwards, adorning the crown with the five families, with Amitabha as the main deity. Recite the support heart mantra and Supratiṣṭha, and scatter flowers.
