以牛奶精华食物等享用，通过接近禅定的安乐的行持来衔接。在现证成佛之时，度母以八种微笑使魔众昏厥、倒地，未动摇一尊魔军。此外，在印度圣地，有第二佛陀龙树，大学者旃扎果弥，金刚上师莲花生，证得金刚身的班智达毗玛拉米扎，觉沃杰巴丹阿底峡等，无数以度母咒语成就的班智达和成就者出现。 也存在着获得共同、殊胜、最胜悉地的修法和口诀等教规，以及噶玛、伏藏、净相的教导传承，深广而广博。此时此刻，至尊文殊菩萨真身，一切智智、慈悲自在者亲自将此无与伦比的殊胜本尊，噶玛、伏藏等多种仪轨的修法和口诀修持到极致，因此圣救度母现身摄受，并多次加持，从而获得了诸多悉地之门。存在着许多度母法类的甚深伏藏教导传承。其中，在《度母除一切怖畏》中说：“如是诸佛之母，圣母之续和口诀集，与四续部善加结合后，广于他处已宣说。”如是，如对至尊上师所降临的教导，仅此与四大续部相关的修法，也显现存在着灌顶和生圆次第等深广的内容。然而，仅将此日常修持瑜伽视为共同的法缘，并为了让具缘者能够弘扬，而赐予灌顶之精华，分为前行、正行、后行三个阶段。首先进入前行阶段，进行献曼扎的环节。请献曼扎。在上师和至尊度母无二无别的面前，以不退转的强烈信心和渴望，合掌并献上鲜花，重复念诵以下祈请文三遍。莲花心之主，我向您顶礼。我渴望伟大的解脱道。为了获得灌顶和誓言，以及怙主勇士的庇护，请进入大乘殿堂。

Connected by the practice of approaching the bliss of meditative absorption with food such as the essence of milk. At the time of manifest enlightenment, Tara made the demons faint and fall with eight smiles, without shaking a single army of demons. Furthermore, in the sacred land of India, there were the second Buddha Nagarjuna, the great scholar Chandragomin, the Vajra Master Padmasambhava, the great scholar Vimalamitra who attained the Vajra body, and Jowo Je Palden Atisha, etc. Countless scholars and siddhas who attained accomplishment through the mantra knowledge of Tara appeared. There are also profound and extensive teachings of the practice methods and oral instructions for attaining common, special, and supreme siddhis, as well as the teachings of Karma, Terma, and Pure Vision. At this moment, the very embodiment of the venerable Manjushri, the all-knowing, all-seeing, and all-compassionate one, personally practiced the sadhanas and oral instructions of this unique and supreme deity of Karma and Terma traditions to the fullest extent. Therefore, the noble Tara manifestly accepted him and repeatedly blessed him, thereby attaining many doors of siddhi. There exists a profound Terma teaching lineage of many Tara Dharma cycles. Among them, in "Tara Who Eliminates All Fears," it is said: "Thus, the mother of all Buddhas, the tantras and oral instructions of the Holy Mother, having been well combined with the four tantra classes, have been extensively taught elsewhere." Thus, as for the teachings that descended upon the venerable Lama, even this single sadhana related to the four great tantra classes appears to contain profound and extensive content such as empowerment and generation-completion stages. However, considering only this daily practice yoga as a common Dharma connection, and in order for those with fortune to propagate it, the essence of empowerment is bestowed, divided into three stages: preliminary, main, and concluding. First, enter the preliminary stage and engage in the activity of offering the mandala. Please offer the mandala. In the presence of the inseparable Lama and venerable Tara, with unwavering faith and intense longing, join your palms and offer flowers, and repeat the following prayer three times. Lotus heart lord, I prostrate to you. I desire the great path of liberation. To receive empowerment and vows, and the protection of the protector hero, please enter the Mahayana palace.

How are you, Sugata? May I become just like you. The extraordinary and inconceivable conduct, I will emulate for the benefit of beings. Raise the vase and recite: Just as when the Buddha was born, the gods bathed him, with pure divine water, I also perform the empowerment in the same way.
