Homage! In the state of light dissolving and self-absorbing, indivisible, in an instant of self-recollection, the noble Tara, her body green in color, her right hand in the gesture of supreme giving, her left hand, symbolizing the Three Jewels, bestowing refuge and increase, holding the stem of a fresh উৎপল flower, adorned with silks and precious jewels, her two feet in the posture of a heart-essence, seated upon a white lotus moon disc. The three places (body, speech, and mind) with the three syllables Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and in the center of her heart, on a moon disc, a green Tam (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当). From that, rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom being in her own likeness into the sky in front. Since the root of the action practice is the daily practice, there is no invitation, etc., but thinking that it would be good to add a condensed program, it is supplemented from the method of accomplishment of the inner practice yoga tantra of the Profound Drop Tara. Inviting the wisdom being generated in front: Tam (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当)! The Dharmakaya is completely pure like the sky, yet the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, like the clear light of the sun from the sky, with impartial compassion, come to this place! Om Arya Tara Saparivara Ehyehi (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱརྱ་ཏཱ་ར་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ārya tāra saparivāra ehyehi)! Vajra Samaja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samāja)! Having invited in this way, contemplate them residing in the sky in front like siblings. Empowerment and blessing: Again, invite the empowerment deities, and by empowering with the nectar of wisdom, the body is filled, obscurations are purified, and one becomes the lord of the family! Contemplate Amitabha adorning the crown. Encouraging with prostrations, offerings, and praises: Homage! Having made a vow with extraordinary bodhicitta, with the activity of liberating beings, the supreme conduct of enlightenment of all the Buddhas, I prostrate to the one who is completely perfect! Homage, homage to you! Om! The great mudra of offering: Goddesses of charm and so on fill the sky, from the manifestations of Samantabhadra, offering with the wisdom play that arises! Om Vajra Lasye Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ལཱ་སྱཻ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra lāsye hūṃ)! Om Vajra Malye Tram (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མཱ་ལྱཻ་ཏྲཱཾ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra mālye trāṃ)! The yoga of recitation: At my heart, around the syllable Tam (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当), the garland of mantras revolves, producing two lights, entering from the nostrils of the Tara in front, dissolving into the life force of the heart, the heart continuum.
