Trampling with feet and striking with heels, making a wrathful frowning face, with the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) subduing all the seven levels. Praise to the blissful mother, auspicious mother, peaceful mother, the very realm of practice beyond sorrow and peace, endowed with (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: accomplishment) and (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), the very one who destroys great sins. Praise to the one who is completely surrounded and greatly delighted, who completely subdues the bodies of enemies, whose speech is composed of ten letters, the wisdom arising from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the very Tara. Praise to the one whose feet are stamped by Tara, the seed syllable in the form of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Mount Meru, Mandara Mountain, and Vindhya Mountain, the very one who shakes all three worlds. Praise to the one who possesses the form of a divine lake, holding in her hand the one marked with the sign of a deer, reciting the two (Tibetan: ཏཱ་ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तारा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: tārā, Chinese literal meaning: Tara) and the letter (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat), the very one who completely removes all poisons. Praise to the king of the assembly of gods, revered by gods and non-humans, with the splendor of joy in all armor, the very one who dispels strife and bad dreams. Praise to the one whose two eyes, the sun and moon, are full, from which radiates exceedingly clear light, reciting the two (Tibetan: ཧ་ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हर, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hara, Chinese literal meaning: hara) and (Tibetan: ཏུཏྟཱ་ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तुत्तारा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: tuttārā, Chinese literal meaning: tuttārā), the very one who dispels the most violent epidemic diseases. Praise to the one who arranges the three realities, endowed with the power of peace, the very supreme Tara who destroys the hosts of demons, zombies, and yakshas. This praise of the root mantra and the twenty-one homages, do as much as you can, with genuine reverence for the goddess, whoever is intelligent, if they recite it well, rising at dusk and dawn, with mindfulness, they will bestow all fearlessness, completely pacify all sins, and destroy all evil destinies. The seven million Buddhas will quickly grant empowerment, and one will attain an even greater achievement than this, going to the ultimate state of Buddhahood. The great and potent poison, whether it clings to the body or affects other beings, or if it has been eaten or drunk, mindfulness will also achieve its complete removal. The suffering of those afflicted by demons, epidemics, and poisons is completely abandoned, and so it is for other sentient beings as well. If one clearly recites it two, three, or seven times, one who desires a child will obtain a child, and one who desires wealth will obtain wealth. All desires will be obtained, and obstacles will be eliminated and separately destroyed. There is no need to offer thirty-seven mandala sets,

Furthermore, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! All the wealth of the three realms, and my body, possessions, and all virtuous accumulations, I offer to those who are the embodiment of compassion. Please accept and bless! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Ratna Mandala Pūja Ho! Recite as much as possible. To the noble and venerable Tara, and to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions and three times, I prostrate with utmost reverence. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, music, and so on, I offer both actual and mentally created offerings. Please accept them, assembly of the noble ones. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, with my mind controlled by afflictions, I confess all sins. Hearers, solitary realizers, Bodhisattvas, ordinary beings, and so on, whatever virtue has been accumulated in the three times, I rejoice in all that merit. According to the thoughts and the differences in intelligence of all sentient beings, great and small, common vehicles, I beseech you to turn the wheel of Dharma. Until samsara is not empty, without passing into nirvana, with compassion, look upon the sentient beings who are drowning in the ocean of suffering. Whatever merit I have accumulated, may it all become a cause for enlightenment, and may I quickly become the glorious guide of beings. Recite this three times, etc. Although the connection of the four tantras, the continuous transmission, and the empowerment are not clearly stated, according to the meaning expressed in the Vajra verses of the root of Tara, during the time of external praise and practice, on the moon seat in the heart of Tara, from the clear garland of mantras, accomplishing the two meanings of radiating and gathering, etc., all desired activities will be accomplished. Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā. This is the root mantra, and Namo Ratna Trayāya, Namo Ārya Avalokiteśvarāya, Bodhisattvāya, Mahāsattvāya, Mahākaruṇikāya, Tadyathā, Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Sarva Duṣṭāṃ, Praduṣṭāṃ, Mama Kṛte, Jambhaya, Stambhaya, Mohaya, Bandhaya, Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ, Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ, Sarva Duṣṭāṃ, Stamba Bhanī Tāre Svāhā. It is thought that reciting this longer mantra a little is also a good part, so it is written here. ༈. Secondly, as in the practice tantra, it is said to view oneself as the actual deity: After that, the venerable one in front
